I arrived late afternoon and the place was extremely busy. I only had to wait about 10 mins for a salesperson to come over and talk to me. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She also seemed very honest in her answers when I challenged her on several points about the phone and the plans I had already researched online with a Sprint representative. I appreciated that honesty. I wasnt pressured into something I DIDNT want. Overall, the experience was a pleasant one. I was given a few options which I turned down because I can get them all later without any fuss. She also asked me about my employment. The reason for that was I qualified for a government discount (which I already knew). I would definitely recommend the Lakewood Towne Centre store to anyone.

I have always had a good experience with this store until it was time to refund my money back to me. The amount is 868.00 they returned my phones but wont give me a refund of my money. They tell me that I have to get a refund of my money from sprint online. Well sprint online tells me the store should have refunded my money in full. It has been over 10 business days I have no new phones I have no money in my bank account and they dont know where my phones are nor do they know where my 868.00 is at I have my receipt I have my back staments and I will be speaking to a lawyer. Dont put your trust in sprint.

After waiting nearly half an hour for four salespeople to finish chit chatting with other customers, we finally got my toasted phone into the hands of the store manager. After another hour of fiddling around, insisting that suspicious activity and crashing his own system when he tried to scan it did NOT mean it was a security breach issue, we took my phone and left. My phone is not only still busted, but will not register my passcode pattern so I cant even get my photos off of it. These employees are slow, uninformed and not at all recommended.

Earlier today, I called Sprint to disconnect a phone line and unlock a non contract phone. I ended up talking to four department before I got the right group who was able to act on my request. Once I got to the correct group it was pretty smooth, however; each transfer required I provide the same authentication information and reason for calling. My point, blind transfer have never worked and Sprint employees should know this!

I drove all the way out there after work to pay the remaining balance that I owed on the phone only to be told they cant do that in store and I have to do it online. Well I went to a smaller sprint store elsewhere and they took care of it for me on the spot. Just shows how lazy people at this place are.
