To say that I am loyal to the Nike brand is a huge understatement!!! I was at the factory store yesterday evening looking for something new for myself and my son. I also needed to return a pair of Air Zoom running shoes ($110 @ factory store) that had a popped sole. I had purchased them in April of 2017. The catch is I didnt start wearing them until about 3 weeks ago. So their 30 day return policy is completely ridiculous at least in my case (and others Im sure). I understand it but at the same time theres got to be some common sense, if you look at a pair of shoes or piece of clothing thats brand-spankin-new looking with a defect the manager should have no problem whatsoever returning, exchanging, or refunding someones money for that item. Its hard to spend the kind of money it costs to clothe all my kids (4 boys), myself, and a decent amount of things for my wife in Jordan and/or Nike gear and then have this happen. Like I told the manager I have 3 or 4 pairs of shoes that are in my closet past the 30 day return policy date that Ive never taken out of the box. SURE HOPE NONE OF THEM HAVE ANY DEFECTS! THANKS NIKE!

Going down to Woodburn and the Nike outlet down there is such a big letdown. For a guy who wants to save a little bit and find something at least kind of mainstream (or once was), it was not worth the drive. This store at least has enough to satisfy. They have Jordans. Thats one thing that Woodburn cant say often. Sure, its probably colorways and styles that most people turn down. Hey, for about half the price, its acceptable. They also have a wider selection of basketball shoes, whereas Woodburn had a surplus of running/cross training shoes. The shoes on the bargain wall is also considerably wider. The apparel here is also better. Youve got not only training clothes and t-shirts, but youve got sweatshirts, items from the Jordan LifeStyle collections, and casual clothes. If you need to go to a Nike store and dont want to spend too much at a mainstream place like NikeTown, then MLKs a decent place. Not absolutely great, but acceptable.

I have been to this store several times. Customer service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they are great: friendly, willing to help and answer questions. When you get this group they are fantastic. Other times the complete opposite: avoiding customers, when you finally get one to help, they are rude and disinterested in being helpful at all. At first I thought it was just the one employee. Since he was less than pleasant I told him I would find someone else to help me and told him why. Turned out it was every single person on that shift. They were all so unhelpful that I left. I went to the other location where every staff member actually helped the customers (I have yet to have a bad experience at that location).

I went to the MLK factory outlet store during a crowded Labor Day sale, looking for a running shoe with extra stability. Since the store caters to the masses, they didnt have the kind I needed in my size. End of story? No way! The associate I talked to was EXTREMELY helpful, writing down the two styles he recommended, even giving me the phone no. of a Nike Outlet store in Florida (!) that had my size in the shoe I wanted. He went above and beyond, I was very impressed. Ended up ordering exactly what I wanted online, free shipping, used a gift card no problem. Very satisfied customer.

Although staff was generally helpful, there werent many deals here. Some of the items (especially shoes) could be found cheaper at some online retailers (even when factoring in the no sales tax), and Im talking about the exact same models and color schemes, too. Other than items unique to the geography (i.e., Oregon Ducks gear), this place is very similar to the Nike Factory stores located where I live (in Southern California). Worth a visit if youre a Nike fan to see if there might happen to be something you might grab from the racks, but Id say to come in with low expectations.

Great location with plenty of parking. Staff is over the top with knowledge of what they sell.and stock. Busy store always but staffed to handle and satisfy customers.. There store represents there product in the high standards you look For and exspect!! You can feel that its a nice place to work, shop or browse. City bikes fill the racks outside the front of the store to be rented and parks are just blocks away. Quaint shops and breakfast nook, to the highly adored Ox restaurant. It has it all in the blocks that surround Nike, so come see for yourself and "Just Do It" in style!!

Went here for the first time yesterday so my boyfriend could exchange shoes we bought at a different store, for a bigger size. The guy at the counter had no clue what he was doing. We stood there for over 10 mins so he could go "check" if they had the size 11 we wanted, and he said they didnt. My boyfriend and I go back to look at the shoes and what do we see? A size 11, right there. We go back up to do the exchange and tell the guy we found them and he replies with "cool". Clearly doesnt care about his job, or helping out customers. Not coming back.

Nike Store mitten in Downtown. Cool eingerichtet und v.a. neue Styles. Preislich allerdings sehr teuer und wenn ein Fabrikverkauf in der Nähe ist, lohnt sich ein Einkauf im Zentrum nicht wirklich. Schnäppchen sind eher etwas auswärts im Factory Store zu ergattern.

Really bad one. Staff making face behind you. Not a friendly store. My family just walked out. We wanted to take the names of the staff. Customers can ask questions and there is no such thing as a silly question. We ask questions coz we dont know. And they have no right to make you look stupid just because of a question. So disappointing. Definitely not recommended. My first time to leave a bad review. But the store just deserves it. Train your staff - that is if basic courtesy can be taught even.

I had been in the area and bought a pair of training pants that were exactly what I had been looking for a long time. I was kicking myself for not buying a couple because it was the only brand that fit right. They were the Epic training pants. I called the store today hoping to get another pair sent to me. Jason went beyond the call of duty. Turned out they dont have any more but he found them on the Dicks sporting goods website and alerted me. I was able to order two pair. Thank you Jason.

I had called on a Monday, and the sales reps told me the Flyknit lunars were on promotion for $69, so I put a couple of pairs on hold and told them Id be in first thing the next morning. But when I showed up, they were priced at $120, because apparently the promotions change every Tuesday - fine, but couldnt you have told me that over the phone? Super disappointing, I walked out empty-handed. Regardless of that blunder, the new deals were unexciting and the selection limited.
