I was very very disappointed with Stonestown AT n T. When I went there to pay the bills inside the kiosk from Stonestown, sometimes, the machine had some problem may be. I called the staff to help me but what the staff said, I have the customer, told me to ask another person. The next person turn around, I asked the next they didnt .This is not the first time, every time. On Monday, 08/29/16 , I went to paid the bills at10:30 am at Stonestown from the machine, it declined. I called the staff , the same as before. They said the problem is your card so I went to the nearest Wellsfargo n told the banker. The bank checked, its OK . Nothing happen. I came back to paid the bill but it declined. The next day, I went to 3 Ed n Market but I could pay my bill with my same credit card. I told the employee who helped me about my yesterday at Stonestown the problem. The employees from 3 rd n Market is very very nice n helpful. His name is Henry that I saw from the receipts.

Very disappointing. I called AT&T to specifically authorize my wide to add a line to our account (which is in my name). On the phone, AT&T said this was no problem. They made a note on our account, and let me set a password for her to tell them. However, when my wife went to the store, they refused her service. They even saw the note on the account, but did nothing. They were unhelpful and stupid, and they made her wait for ever. This store needs AT&T regional management to come through and whip them into shape.

This AT&T is great. They try to help everyone as soon as they can. For the people who are frustrated with having to wait or get in line, its not that bad. They have a great system now where they can text you while youre away so you know when your spot in line is coming up. Ask for Jaydee or Stephanie-they are extremely knowledgeable and have been at this location the longest.

Contrary to the other reviews, I could not have been happier with the service I received at this store. Sanad was our customer service person and he was friendly, helpful, intelligent and patient with our questions. Thank you!

Great location! If your girlfriend or wife is shopping and your phone battery is low, go to this AT&T store. They have tables you can hang out at and charge your phone. There is also free AT&T wifi here.
