Eric was helpful he got me everything i needed and was quick about it. The store manager and the district manager were not professional at all. While i was there the district manager cursed about missing inventory he said the f word and god damnit loudly. The dm also commented on me not having enough data and that i shouldnt even have a smart phone because my data was only at 2 gigs. This was all when i was upgrading my phones and getting a tab 4. I will go back there but I am going to file a formal complaint with corporate.

I would have rated higher but the new store manager Erica is rude and would not let my rep Tiffany help me Tiffany asked for help and she Completely took over this so I thought there’s was very unprofessional and rude Tiffany is a sweetheart and seem to know what she was talking about stated that she was only there a couple weeks which is totally understandable why she would need help store manager just took over so not helping her at all So that’s the reason why I’m only given them a three-star only for Tiffany’s help

I had the worst experience. I had an issue with porting and was told to go to a store for help on keeping my service on until I got phone. So I called up twice each time I talked with the manager he was very rude and started yelling at the top of his lungs saying had I come in there I would have had a phone and wouldnt have this problem. You are better off just calling customer service. These stores are willing to undermine the whole company to get commissions even at tge expense of the customer!

Keith is a real piece of work. Very pushy with adding packages after declining politely multiple times I say I will leave if he continues the salesman stuff, he laughs sarcastically and continues typing away then pushes direct tv on my father. I left the store and switched to Sprint, have never been so frustrated by a kid before, absolutely unprofessional with no customer service qualities. Will never return to AT&T, not after that experience.

Horrible service, took forever to set up service(2+ hours) and does anyone that works there know what they are doing?? When you ask a question and they say they arent sure, they need better training. They are all about getting the sale/activation instead of giving you accurate information and they leave out details that leads to bigger issues in the long run! So frustrating!

Ask for Dominic, he is awesome. A while back he helped me with my insurance process when I had my phone stolen at work. He not only took care of my situation, he even went the extra mile to do a follow up to make sure that I had no issues with my replacement phone. Excellent customer service!
