I bought 10 items and paid more $300 at this shop on Sat. When I got back home, I found there was one missing. I bought two the same male underwears. So maybe the staff could make a mistake that put only one itme in the bag. I called the shop, tell the manager about whats happening to me, and asked to check whether the missing item was there. The manager said there was nothing left. Actually t-shirs were on the bottom of the back and 3 heavy hooded jackets were on top of them. I just checked after receving the bag from the staff. Threre coulndt any possiblity somebody took it away on the way home. Actually I shouldve cheked all items in the bag. Oh my god!!!!! I guess the staff made a mistake or he took it after being paid. Nothing makes sense.

Dont know if the previous reviewer and I are talking about the same girl- I had the worst shopping experience today. The Asian girl (not racist, Im Asian as well) was so mean and rude to me. And when I asked her to find a shorter same size jeans, she never get back to me. And when I finally approached and asked her why, she said she forgot how I look like (hello?) and I have similar look with lots of people (hello again?), and she assumed I was supposed to find her. And then I was so disappointed and wordless, and wanted to pay for my other item, she actually refused to serve me and send me to another desk. How come this kind of staff is still working there? If anyone from A&F is reading this, please at least let her know how terrible she was :(

I was in Seattle last month and bought a bunch of items at this location. I could NOT believe the sales staff and their lack of customer care, I was quite literally appalled. Could barely get a response when asked for different sizes in change room, rude looks when I did. I will NEVER shop here again. I am a chronic shopper and I prefer to spend money where people at least make the effort to help or are pleasant.

I used to like this store a lot! But I went there a couple of days ago and bought couple outfits. The girl working there was so mean and rude. I cannot believe her ridiculous attitude. No wonder why A&F is going to bankrupt soon!!! Top management should start to take serious actions. Hiring stupid attractive young who have no brains will never help their failing business.

Appalling service! 50 minutes in the store and 3 staff stood around talking to each other the whole time while we went back and forth to the changing rooms trying on jeans. A complaint to the manager got a smile and a sorry but no genuine remorse. Ridiculous state of affairs and I doubt A&F headquarters have any idea what is going on here.

A&F is an istantly recognizabke brand so one expects what to find here but how easy it is to find stuff and how good you feel being inside the store does make a difference. I like the store layout as how the compartmentalization of each section gives a feeling that you are shopping by yourself.

Good selection. Friendly staff. Always deep discounts around holidays that makes it quite difficult not to renew your wardrobe especially if you like their style . After all, it always comes down to personal taste when fashion is involved..

The Abercrombie company charges way to too much for a shirt you could just pick up at Fred Meyer for a couple bucks. If you pick up a regular shirt with their stamp on it they can tack on an extra 25 bucks.

Stinks like a french whorehouse; worse than most A&Fs -- you can smell this one for a couple blocks downwind in the open air.

Does not accept Hollister Returns ! Dont waste your time ! Apparently there is no Hollister in Seattle any more.
