These guys have saved me and my phone/ phone issues for the last 5 years. They are very patient and have helped me when no other store could. Yeah they get busy and may seem rude to other people but its not an easy job dealing with peoples phones. They are not magicians they simply do their job, and they are probably doing it for 15.00 an hour which isnt a lot to fix phone problems. I dont think they are on commission! Anyhow, overall I am really glad this store is IN West Seattle and I depend on them when I have any issue which they have always been able to fix!

This store is the one and only bad experiance i have ever had as a very long time att customer . The employees are extremely rude and act as if helping you with a problem is the last thing in the world they would like to do .It is by far the wosrt cell phone store i have ever been in and absoluty nothing like any other att store i have been in which i woukd have no problem giving a 5 star rating to and have . If i could give this store a minus 5 stars they would so be getting it from me right now .

Keep in mind this is not a true AT&T store. Its more like one of those mall kiosks or a shelf of phones at a department store. The staff at this location seemed more interested in watching a sporting event on TV than noticing I was there. The one person that did ask questions did so often enough to not leave me feeling forgotten, but it was the tone. Ill gladly drive further to visit a real AT&T store. Theyre always professional and knowledgable.

Dudes are mean and theyre not actual employed by AT&T. All they do is broker the transaction and put you on the phone with AT&Ts customer service.
