Wow. Im shocked how bad my experience was. Went in 4 months ago and bought a couple of phones. Spent A LOT of money. The guy at the counter then proceeds to tell me "hey, these phones come with free tablets. All you have to do is call tomorrow and cancel your service on them and they are yours." I dont need anymore tablets, but heck they are free, so I take them. Find out later when I try to call customer service that they have a 2 year contract that cannot be cancelled. So I call the store and the manager Carlos tells me that the employee no longer works there and they had similar unethical complaints. He tells me he will resolve it but give him a week or two. So I call back a few weeks later and he tells me hes still working on it. a month rolls by and so I call again. And again. And again. Leave messages for him to call me. No response. Then I go to the store and write a note. Twice. No response. So I keep on it. Again and again. Eventually I get a call from his employee that hes still working on it. I tell this employee that I want to talk to Carlos and he says he will have him call me. days go by. I call again and again and again. And now Congratulations Carlos! I am giving up! You have somehow withstood my simple request for basic decency from being seriously swindled by one of your employees. My $500 tablets are sitting in my closet. you are welcome to have them.

15 months ago the two guys I bought my phone from at this location were fantastic. Two different guys there today were a couple of dips. Mouths moved too fast for there brains. Maybe these days the general public is so dumb they just get away w the steam roll they were pulling today. Just so you two know, theres no way for a store employee to know what the early termination fee would be. The $75 you pulled out of the air was actually going to be $166. To the reader, the one guy tried to tell me that its damaging to phones left on the charger overnight. Bahahaha like apple isnt going to have an overcharge protection on batteries thats been around for 30 years. Ones telling me you pay the balance of the phone at the end of the 24 months and the other thats why you pay the $100 at the beginning. Amortizing the cost over 24 months trying to show me the value I was getting and two minutes earlier told me that the phones are really made to last a year. I hope these two dont have any mouths to feed or if they do a lot of dumb customers come in to throw money at them cause anyone w half a brain could easily sift through this film flam BS. I felt like I was the woman between the two guys from night at the Roxbury.

Go to Josh Barrington at this location! Not everyone is great but he was so helpful I was able to get my issue fixed in less than 30 minutes when I had been on the phone with customer service for 3 days and messaging sprint online, Who btw told me to go to a store and the previous guy I went to at the store had me leaving in tears with my issue still unresolved. Btw your phone customer service sucks sprint your team talked me in literal circles trying to get my phone activated. There will be a very pissed off review following this one on your corporate page with some serious documentation of the lack of training on your phone team that left a pregnant woman with a father dying in hospice care without a phone for literally no reason for days. My account even had a credit on it, but all your team could do was send me the same e-mail over and over again. Josh I heart you, thank you!

Went to the Ballard store to upgrade my phone a week an a half ago. Seena helped me and was great and super friendly. They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock so we ordered it and I was told 3-5 business days to get it in. I have called twice and its still not there and was told today by Alyssa that they have no way to track it, I should check online. I asked to cancel my order then and she also told me I couldnt do that until the order comes in. I then hung up and called customer service and they tracked the phone in a few minutes, said it would be almost another month before they would have it and promptly cancelled my order. POOR customer service Alyssa... you couldnt have done this???? It would also be nice if customers were told of the long wait/ backorders from apple in advance... an important piece of information stores should have from their suppliers.

First they pulled a bait-and-switch about 2 Gigs data for a phone line-- sorry, its really 1 Gig even though we said 2 yesterday. Then they gave me a "free tablet" for which Sprint now seems to be trying to charge me for. Also theres a $150 termination fee for the "free" tablet about which they failed to inform me. And when I went to the store they said that because its a franchise and not a company store, they couldnt do ANYTHING and couldnt even access my account! (Think about that. Its a Sprint store.) Which-- as a person at another, direct company Sprint store observed-- is a lie. Basically they seem to engage in borderline dishonest sales tactics. You cannot trust them, is the main takeaway.

I bought a new line on my plan from the sprint website. After having issues getting it set up, I brought it into the Ballard Sprint store and asked for help. I was helped by Seena and he was fantastic. Not only was he able to fix the issue with the iCloud login, he looked at my account and realized that I had made a big mistake not understanding how much I was going to be charged for the new phone and line. I was able to cancel my new phone and line and then get set back up with Seenas advice on a new phone and number that saves me over $70 per month! Bravo Seena! Thank you

The people Ive dealt with in the Ballard store are knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and provide good service. Ive been in three times the past several years to deal with various phone activation issues the Sprint website could not handle. One caveat: Sprint corporate management does not let this store stock SIMs. If you have a new phone you got someplace besides the store and need a Sprint SIM, you have to order one over the phone (no web site orders) or go to the store on 517 Union St. (call ahead to check availability). Silly.

I went into the Ballard Sprint Store the other day to add a phone line and was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, patience, and knowledge by one of the associates there named Alyssa. She helped me understand the plan my family is on in much more detail, options that would better suit our needs and she answered every single question I had in a direct manner. If you are headed to the Ballard Sprint store I definitely would recommend speaking with Alyssa if she is available.

99% of my experience with cell phone companies (especially Verizon) has been miserable. However, my experience at this store was phenomenal. Chris and Brell were the perfect customer service team. Brell was friendly, kind, and super easy to talk to. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to treat people with respect and patience. Stop in and see Brell and Chris for an amazing experience! Thanks guys!
