This is the WORST run customer service place I have ever been to (and I worked at DENNYS). They take FOREVER and have no management system. Currently they have no manager and the staff is so poorly able to handle anything whether out of sheer ignorance or poor training I am not quite sure. Multiple times they have quoted me on something only to be completely wrong when I get ahold of sprint themselves or go to a well run store. Most are rude and unhelpful, Quentin in particular, after them full on lying to me about some b.s promotion and them not getting ahold of me for weeks after I went in there and he told me he would call me back THAT DAY he was rude and abrupt said he was too busy to call me and that his district manager wouldnt be able to talk to me or do anything for me. I actually feel bad that sprint which seems to be a ok company is represented by a sloth like, unorganized, rude, and distrustful 3rd party company. While I am sure that this retail job is awful and seems super terrible to work for, I would have appreciated the staff acknowledging how ridiculous my circumstances were and to have attempted to help me rather than them acting as though someone with a grievance could just be treated like garbage and ignored. I will NEVER go back there again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else, I may end up switching phone companies strictly because of this place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

While I agree with the other reviews about great customer service when you first walk in the door, the technical support I received lacked quality, resulting in missing parts from my phone. I went in to inquire about a charging issue with my phone and they quickly assisted me to try to find out what was wrong with my phone. The tech guys took it to the back, took it apart, and determined it was just my charger. I left with a new charger and happy that my phone was seemingly fine. However, the next day, I realized that the SD card was missing from my phone. This contained all of my pictures and several apps. I tried to contact the store about my missing SD card, left messages, but I have not been able to reach anyone at the store and my messages have not been returned. I will only go back to this store to retrieve my SD card, however, with the inattention to detail at this store, it has probably been thrown in the trash. I would not go to this store unless you want your apps, pictures, and memories stolen from your phone.

Worst experience ever. Wouldnt go back. My wife went there to replace her broken phone. What happened after turned into an absolute nightmare that is still ongoing. The employee that helped her screwed up our account so bad. For some unknown reason she added another line to our account in order to process the new phone. The line should have been taken off immediately after the transaction. When we got our next bill we find extra charges for the extra line. When we called Sprint they told us we have to pay over $500 to cancel the line. This argument with Sprint continues to this day. We cant seem to be able to get any sense out of the moronic, brain dead people working at Sprint customer service or the stores. We have even contacted the employee who created this mess. She now works in a Federal Way Sprint store. All we got from her is, sorry, cant do anything !

I dont usually leave reviews but after my experience at this store I had to comment somewhere. I have been dreading this particular errand for weeks. My old phone has been on the fritz for quite a while but Ive been avoiding dealing with it because I didnt want to spend the money and I have no patience for technology. The associate that assisted me was phenomenal. He wasnt pushy at all and explained all the ins and outs and pros and cons of all the different phones. The manager stopped by repeatedly to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. I left actually excited about my new phone (and anyone that knows me knows that doesnt happen). Ill be heading back to this store for all my future transactions as I can now count on them to help me with exactly what I need.

Best Sprint store in Tacoma! I had a big problem with my account/bill that only the Lakewood store could help me fix. I had gone to the center at store first to see if they could and thats when I realized only the Lakewood store could help me. Not only did Taylor (from the Center St store) help me the most she could before I went to Lakewood, but after visiting Lakewood and having a HORRIBLE time there, I went back to Taylor to make sure they hadnt lied to me since I didnt believe them because of how short and rude they were. Taylor helped me and I found out not only did they lie to me about getting any type of refund, they STILL hadnt fixed my account! Taylor got on the phone right away and fixed everything right then and there within 10 minutes. Highly recommend store!

Worst customer service experience Ive had to date. Tommy lied to me when I needed a phone due to water damage on my old phone. When I returned the phone with my receipt within the 14 day window to return it, Tommy accepted the return and took my phone but did not enter that information on my sprint account so I am without a phone and still paying for it unless he changes it on his side of the system. Which he has not done despite multiple calls. They are literally stealing from me to keep their sales numbers high. Do not do business with these people.

Dont even know where to start i had issues with my LG 4 went to the sprint on 6th ave no one there was able to help me with my phone, came into this store was greeted by a young man named Tommy he went above and beyond to help me get into a new phone because my phone had a manufacturing default which I was never notified by sprint or Lg will be coming back To fircrest for any sprint related issues had a great customer service experience, highly recommend Tommy his told me his been there for two years and knows what his talking about thank you again man!

Tommy Tu lied to us to get the sale. We have been treated with such disrespect by Managers, no return calls from District managers. Our bill was supposed to be 303.00 It is 450 right now. My husband has spent hours in person and on the phone with these poorly trained individuals. Do not believe a word this company says to you. It is a lie. They will be reported to the BBB and for fraud and theft of our equipment that they were supposed to buy back and did not do what they promised.

Mary Ann did a fantastic job. I always try to go there for most of my sprint dealings. one star rating was most likely NOT the stores fault. At 1st 800 cust care not so good. But last 3 or 4 times 100% ok. Had 25 lines 40 gigs sys (12 lines in use) $570 w/xyz. They cut it in half. 4 mo now.. only neg if you are using in their ROAM areas a lot. Then att/ ver would probably be a better choice. But all major highways and towns are good. We are saving $3600 a yr.
