Before "John Doe," the whistleblower, leaked 11.5 million documents that detailed financial and attorney-client information this year, I used to launder hundreds of thousands of dollars to overseas (and by overseas I mean Panama) accounts in order to evade the IRS and grow richer. What better medium to convey my fraudulent fortunes than through UPSs expeditious package delivery system. As a pompous 1%er I wasnt about to go to USPS nor FedEx (those places are for poor people) to deliver my goods...no I was going to go to the Yelm UPS Store. You see, I sport a Patek Philippe, am flown in a Sikorsky S-92 (VIP Config of course), and shower in gold dust infused mineral water, so why the fu wouldnt I spend the extra $3.32 to have my legal ish handled by professional shipping agents? I give this establishment 5 stars because for 3 years theyve helped me accumulate over $100 million in "tax deferred" interest (compounding interest ya bish) and lucrative contracts with BAE Systems. Ignore the 3 star and below reviews, they were written by frugal sheep who elect demublicans to "represent" them (when in reality, they represent me). Sayonara, ya lottery playing proletariat.

If you want a job done well and followed through with, then the only guy in here worth a ---- is Daniel. He is the only one I want to deal with here. Other staff have told me they dont offer the service I need, when Ive had it done there many times. I was misquoted on prices and then I went in to drop off something for copies, Daniel was not in - I explained my wariness to the employee who assured me they would take care of it and that they would call me when it was ready - that was at 10:30am, I called in at 4:45pm - Daniel answered yay!, the job was ready and had been for a while - no phone call to me :( every time I get something done its $100+, and the job itself is great - youd think I could get some decent service to go with it. I dont want to have to go into Lacey but I guess I will be doing that from now on

This place is awful. I tried to print 2 pages, full color copy. There were two people working. Neither one of them could really help me. If you work at place that offers printing you should know your system. It kept cutting off parts of my document. They could not figure out why. My family owns a printing company so my layout was the correct measurements. Even though I could not use the papers that I printed, they charged me anyways and I told them to keep them because I cant use them. Its ridiculous that I had to pay when they couldnt even figure out to set the printing adjustments needed. So now I am out about $5 because they "had to charge me anyways." Even though this was not my fault. This is more than enough reason to go to staples.

I went in to collect a document that was shipped to me and had required a signature. I had it rerouted to this store. After work I swung in to pick it up. When I walked into the young man behind the counter was cleaning up the store for close, not a big deal, as it was about 30-40 minutes before that. But, then I had to sit and wait for him to end his personal call on his cell phone. All while making eye contact. So that was awkward and also, can I just pick up my package. All the while he acted super put out. Cool kid. I get that work can be boring and stuff, Im on my phone at work sometime too. Im just not dead eyeing anyone Im working with while talking about my plans that night.

I sent an email in specifying what exactly I wanted printed. I clearly laid out BLACK AND WHITE. Once they began printing, the employee informed my assistant that I would be charging me for color instead of black and white because the copies he was printing had a "blue hue." Mind you that is not what I asked for. After reminding him of my original order he said that he was still charging me. Eventually he ended up charging me for only black and white, but told me he would not be printing for me going forward. Because of their mistake? Unacceptable.

Furious!!!!! I was charged $20 to send an out of state fax to NY! And they didnt tell me it was gonna be that outrageous price until AFTER they already sent it so I was OBLIGATED to pay! Very sneaky and dishonest on their part. And the girl was incompetent and didnt know how to send the as one fax so she sent it as 3 SEPARATE and charged me MORE because of her own stupidity! So be aware of the girl with the dirt blonde hair. She doesnt know how to do her job and you will likely end up paying more because of it!

I asked to go to the bathroom here. Needless to say, my experience was spectacular! The toilet flushed at an efficient 5.0 gal/flush, the sink smelled of rancid goose eggs, and dried urine lined the underside of the toilet lid. As if things couldnt get any better, there was a fridge inside the bathroom. I mean, can you say auto-concierge service! I grabbed a bottle of water and left a chicken leg in its place (as a gesture of good will). Grace to the almighty god of voodoo, Chingo!

I have to change my review from four stars to five. I am always happy to be able to do that. After doing more business with them, I remain impressed. We read lots of bad reviews, but we took the chance and we received good customer service. An odd, taxable fee of $1.00 if you use a flashdrive to print your stuff, but decent printing.

The lazy counter guy Ryan was rude as hell. He shut down the computers before 5:45 pm, (almost an hour before closing) and refused to help me reprint my shipping label because he didnt want to turn his computer on. LAZY RYAN. I have a business account and do alot of shipping and THIS STORE IS BY FAR THE WORST UPS STORE POSSIBLE.

This place has the best staff and great customer service. I always come in the morning time and they are always super helpful whenever I have questions. They know me by name (I make a lot of copies) and are always greeting me with a smile. Great place to go and get your copy/shipping needs met!

Sooooo rude will drive to lacey any day instead of coming here. My husband just needed a pen that worked no need to throw it at him and then tell him to move over so they can help the next person. He would be more than happy to move aside just ask

The staff is very friendly and helpful; oftentimes I will just email them a PDF of something I need printed, and they get it done within an hour or two. Theyve also been very helpful in running huge batches of documents on the copier.

Went in for a simple copy. They said which machine to use, but it made an improper copy, they told me how to adjust it, but it still came out incorrect. Then they charge me for both failed copies.
