wow! I went to buy dog food I always have my son in Seattle pay for the food over the phone using a credit card. This time I was told they dont do this anymore . New management She said she would call the manager and ask if I could . (the Manager Derrick) he asked what I was buying Becca told him dog food ..Derick said not to sell it to me. I was then told that . Willcox is the only business they can do a sell over the phone . I guess my dog food was not a big enough order. I then told the girls that I was going to write a bad review on line and Becca and the other one in there laughed at me and said go ahead.. .If they worked for me I would fire them for poor customer service Who laughs at a customer . .Becca said it was because if they sell the dog food over the phone I could dispute the charge REALLY ? I think I would of gone home and fed my dogs. Who disputes a dog food charge when the dogs are home hungry?. I suggest you dont give them your business they dont care if your dogs eats. I own a business in Rainier even I can take orders over the phone with no problems so I know they can if they wanted too.

Dear management, check your employees schedule for todays date (6/10/17) around 6:30 pm. Came in solely for a propane refill. Stood in line for 10 minutes before 2 clerks joined the first who has been alone. Took my place in line at the newly opened register. The third clerk (30-something with "trying too hard" tattoos) started chatting with the customer as she was being rung up, distracting clerk #2. Took 10 minutes to ring out 5 items, then #3 followed customer to parking lot to continue conversation. As a business owner, Ive hired and fired many people. If she were my employee, I would have fired her on the spot for chatting, not working! Never again will I come into your store if you have employees that would rather chit-chat than help the customers who are essentially paying their wages. No one should leave a store angry and pissed-off because it took 30 minutes to get a simple item/service. Im hoping the others that were held up in line because of her also complain.

Went in there to buy dog food like usual, then to my surprise my dog became very ill. She was puking and having other painful symptoms! We sent their dog food to get tested and they found small traces of E. coli Bacteria in there product, not to mention it was the product Echa(I believe that was her name, although its probably misspelled) suggested! I implore you not to buy pet food from this establishment. I talked to the manager Derrick about the situation and he laughed and told me to "Take it up with someone who cares". They clearly do not care about your animals or their customers. I will make sure none of my friends or family go there, and I hope you dont as well.

Good for buying chicken feed and chicks which is our use of Dels, never had a problem with the staff personally, but we never ask questions or talk to them. I do NOT recommend buying certain pet foods from here, I read the ingredients on some and am never buying their stocks personally. (: One thing I will COMPLAIN about is their "Straight run" ducklings are ALWAYS males as if the females were picked out before hand!!! Chicks are good because its still always about 1 out of 5 being a rooster which is normal when buying the hens. In general, the store is decent and I have had a okay experience. Its not great or bad, just decent.

I have tried this store numerous times, every time I go there I have a problem with the unknowledgeable staff, even had to load my own hay, the girl couldnt lift it.

Perfect Farm Store. It has just enough of everything that you wont need to go anywhere else for your everyday farm needs. Service is terribly slow though
