super frustrating. while i realise asurion is independent from at&t, it is still the one that at&t chose to use for insurance claims. last year i got a new iphone 6 plus, which worked amazingly until i accidentally dropped it. my mistake. went to the at&t store in fl where i was staying then, and they helped me get a replacement. the replacement was of course used, and only worked for about a month until it did this amazing no signal thing all the time, would show my location 100 miles away from wherever i was--meaning the gps didnt work and left me stranded constantly--and also was loathe to send a text. it would also die at random intervals and overall didnt like to work correctly. when i moved to washington a few weeks ago i got that one replaced, at the auburn at&t store. well, kinda. they had me in the store for nearly 4 hours, calling certain managers/specialists, because they couldnt figure out how to process an exchange for a defective iphone, since it was a replacement of the original, and since id already used my insurance once. anyways, i finally got that sorted out. the replacement for phone #2 lasted one month. sent #3 back, and the used replacement they sent me didnt work at all. sent #4 back, and phone #5 didnt work as well. so they had to send me another one. finally. phone #6 seemed to work great. and it did...for literally 2 weeks. which brings me to early april, where phone #6 was working fine, then suddenly flashed the white screen of death...and never worked again. i have not dropped these phones, immersed them in water, or otherwise abused them. i have top of the line cases for my iphone and take immaculate care of it. and yet every replacement iphone 6 plus that i have received has been defective, software-wise. so i take phone #6 to the at&t store. they greet me. i show them that the phone is unresponsive. they say the insurance is through apple and send me over to the apple store. i cant use my phone, so i have no way to make an appointment with the apple store. so i wait in the mall for 3 hours for my walk-in appointment. fine, not a big deal. i get to the apple store and they are extremely polite and helpful...and find that all along, this at&t store was just passing the buck, saying that the insurance was through apple, when in fact it was through at&t. thankfully the lovely people at apple were considerate and let me borrow one of their phones with which i could call at&ts asurion. takes me about an hour, and the customer service rep finally says its done and ill receive the new replacement phone (phone #7) within 4 days. another week and a half passes. nothing. no updates. no tracking number. and of course no phone. i call this at&t store and of course, they again will do nothing more than shrug and sit on their hands. not their problem. so i finally have to get half my family involved to call at&t, asurion, and apple. it takes apple customer service corporate finding a video of me in the apple store, and a phone record of the asurion number i called on their phone, before anyone would do anything. all this time, i am without a phone. this at&t store wont do anything. not their problem. well you couldve at least had the decency to offer me an old phone until i had my replacement in? we have 5 iphones on our at&t plan. we are very good customers. it has taken two weeks and all of us to get this sorted out, when a single person at the store could have helped me figure this out. i get the asurion technically isnt their responsibility. but we have that insurance plan because of at&t. i am still their customer. they could have at least tried. or cared. instead, my family and i spent the last 2 weeks figuring out who messed up the return (it was the asurion agent on the phone, apparently didnt even process it at all), where the replacement is, will it ever ship, am i liable for a phone i never received, and will i ever get a new one? all this time, i am without a phone, in a new city, with no way to call for help if something happens. really unprofessional, at&t.

I recently bought a new iPhone 4s and went into the store to activate it and do an account transfer so that my wife could have the new 4s and I would take her 4. Long story short, for some reason data plan did not transfer. We went back to the store to trouble shoot and I was helped by a different worker named Jelani. He was horrible. From the get go he told me nothing was wrong with it. When he realized something was wrong he didnt have the knowledge base to even check the account to see if the account transferred until a co-worker reminded him. He then attempted to dismiss me and told me to call customer service. He eventually called customer service but still could not help me. It wasnt until another sales rep intervened and helped solve our problem. Weve been to other at&ts in the area (Seattle, u village and southcenter) and the service is night and day. They go out of your way to help you there, not at Tacoma. We almost felt like we were inconveniencing them. Its baffling.

I would definitely give this location a zero, my wife and I had terrible experience with AT&T, after shopping for our galaxy phone at this location, they gave us a expected bills that s fit our budget. but after 4 days check our account online, our bills twice double our expected monthly bill, so we return our phone back havent use yet, they charged us $ 250 for restocking fee. and told us thats it. after few days got a bill from the mail saying I still own them $136, and threatening me if i will not pay it immediately it will effect my score. so end up with $300 something dollars, that I have to break my back to earn it. my advice try another carrier.

I was helped in the AT&T store by a guy named Ben. I was in a bind with a broken cellphone in contract with Verizon. Ben helped me find a new plan with AT&T and I left the store with my new phone in hand (plus a free tablet). Ben was very clear about what to expect on my first bill and those following, and he did his utmost to get me the best deal possible. So far, Im happy with AT&T... this particular store already feels like home. Thank you Ben :)

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This location did some real shady things to me. They pulled my credit without my authorization or knowledge. I advise all customers that check your credit report if you see DirectTv HARD PULLS on your credit and arent aware of it, well its from AT&T. I have contacted management and AT&T they still have not resolved the issue. Not good customer service. As a customer of 10 plus years, AT&T has lost me as a customer!

Cindy was amazing. We went in to upgrade phones. Got set up with an iPhone 6s Plus, and my husband with a galaxy s7 edge. She was patient with us, as we brought our 3 year old who hadnt had a nap yet today. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Was not pushy when we declined certain add ons. AND, found a way to get more data, direct tv for $100 less on our bill. Thank you Cindy!
