Interesting place. They insist on having your social security number prior to having any conversation about their plans and features. Nobody in the store could show me what exactly they are offing. And it looks as they dont even care what you want, because talking to them was the same as talking to a brick wall. I understand, they work for almost nothing, but Id still expect a higher level of service than what Ive got. Result: - over an hour of wasted time; - 0 answered questions; - their prices were much higher than what they promise online; - "soft" credit check, which takes out 2 points off your credit score and makes you look bad to the lenders .... AVOID!!!!

Liars and cheaters. Im taking them to small claims. Anyone care to join me? They gave my son a speaker and a tablet, claiming that they were "free", actually they were quite overpriced when the bill arrived. My son got an phone upgrade, but they gave him a additional line. So I paid for 2 lines for 1 phone for over a year. $156 a month. If you ask the store to help you, they tell you to call corporate and if you call corporate they tell you to call the store. Switched to Verizon where we now have no problems.

Horrible! The salesmen Kylon dishonest, whatever you said and promise on the price quote paper is totally different what you sign on tablet, lie after lie keep you stay on return period, so he can get the commission from your account, after the return period, cant do anything about it,. end up paid lot more on the monthly bill and get out from Sprint. If you decide to there, prepared to walk away with disappointed and remorseful.

Mixed feelings. Some store people are helpful and informative, while some were not transparent about hidden fees.
