If there were a way to put zero stars i would i hate this apple store but this is the closes one to me becasue downtown is just way to crowded but way more faster and way more helpfull. So i bought my phone with apple care worst decision ever they told me if your phone is having problems just go to apple and they will get you a new one so duh i was all for it. When i first got my i phone i noticed it always died on any percent but it wasnt offfen it was like once every 4 months then in the last couple of months its been going crazy it just died when ever it feels like it and it wont turn back on untill i connect it to the charger so i made a apointment and they told me to back it up and restart it they said thats all they can do and its going to fix its sefl then 1 week later it started up again then i went to apple again and they said i had to wait 2 hours i was like ok but after a hour i asked like oh hey do you know what their going to do with my phone and they said yea back it up then you will be all good ao that got me mad and i said well hey what if they already did that. He said well we will try again so after that i just left. Then a couple days ago i went to change my charger and they said that charger isnt a apple charger and i said of really and she gave me so much attitute i was like dam ok so i said i will just buy a new one because clearly they dont want to give me another one and i have apple care so i would of got it free then she pointed at another lady and i went to talk to her and i asked how is this not a apple charger and she said well look at my charger you can see it says designed in California made in China And i said well mines is really old and dirty and your looks brand new so it their you just cant see it then she said well mines is 3 years older than your and you can feel the Texture is different and I said yeah because Ive used it so mine feels rubbery and yours is new so it feels like hard rubber she looked at me like a idiot and said her was 4 years old . Like wtf you work at apple am pretty sure you wouldnt have the same charger for 4 years then she pointed at the chargers tgey have for sell and made me a Appointment to come back and wow am so Excited to go back i really wished they would have told me their names all i know is the rude as one was small and asian with glasses and the other one was around 55 fat with glasses and with short brown hair

Worst customer service I have received at any computer store - I went because my battery is dying on my 2011 Macbook pro, and I wanted to have it checked. A young woman stopped me at the entrance to the outside of the store, and she told me that I had to make an appointment or wait 4 hours without asking anything more about what it was about. First, it didnt feel like she was qualified to be pre-screening any appointments, I found her whole discussion abrasive and even offensive. Replacing a battery takes no more than 5 minutes. I would have gone to any computer store, but my research shows that it is best to do it at apple because you never really know if the aftermarket batteries are exactly the same, and there are a bunch of horror stories on the internet about aftermarket battery replacements. So I decided this is one of those instances where you have to suck up the excess cost of going to the apple store for service, but I never expected that for the premium priced services that I would get sub-par service. I felt like I went to one of the dirty-nasty computer shops and had someone that didnt really didnt want or care about my business there (the store was clean, the service was nasty). I believe Apple needs a new manager at this store, because bad service generally starts with bad management.

After 3 really bad experiences at the store I loved this one. I had to bring my 27 inch iMac (very heavy) again to get the issue resolved that the Cmd+Z key combination doesnt do "undo" - something that should have been dealt with when I had the computer there over Christmas when they exchanged the recalled hard drive. This time they jumped to my help to carry the computer through the store, they helped me within the first 5 min (I had a pre-booked appointment as at all the other times before - but before they made me wait 20-30m min). The technician resolved the issue within 15 min and as a curtesy exchange the 2 not really working "mice" that I brought into 2 fully capable models. Someone helped me with a dolly to transport the computer back to my car. I suggested that they should make a client aware of this transport service when they send the appointment confirmation email. Because it didnt help me with the shlepping to hear about when I entered the shop huffing, puffing and sweating (Im kidding - Im not that out of shape but it was a heavy load to carry)

Id say this is the worst Apple Store Ive ever been in but Ive never been in a bad one. Id say they were the rudest Apple employees Ive ever encountered but Ive never encountered a bad Apple employee. My negative experience in this store is unprecedented. The manager himself got in my face and gave me a hard time about using one of the computers. I couldnt believe his rude attitude towards me. I was in the mall to pick up my prescription glasses so decided Id stop in and make a purchase Ive been meaning to make. It turned out to be the most dreadful experience I have ever had in an Apple store. I felt like I was in one of those clone stores they have in China where the store isnt quite Apple and they are not quite selling Apple products. I hope this is an isolated incident and this isnt the new norm in the post-Jobs universe.

Cant walk ten feet without yet another pushy sales rep pestering you. So called "geniuses" lied to me about the macbook air I brought in, claiming that they installed a new battery and it worked fine. In fact, that MBA had a fried SMC chip, and was physically incapable of recognizing or running off of a battery. Overheard another "genius" tell another customer that his swelling iphone battery (which had swelled to the point that it broke his screen) was a "safety feature" without ever informing that customer that his phone could explode or catch fire or vent poisonous gasses. This same "genius" gave him a big sales pitch on a new iphone with ever offering battery repair/replacement or informing him of the time bomb he was putting in his back pocket. Steve jobs must be rolling over in his grave.

Worst assistance ever received at an Apple store. The gentleman was kind but had NO CLUE as to what he was doing. I wanted to sign up for Apple Upgrade Program and he instead signed me up for T-mobile Lease...when prompted why in hell I was signing so much paperwork with T-mobile when I wanted to pay the phone myself he told me:"Thats the way it is". I then called another assistant and this sir realized that his colleague was doing the wrong paperwork. Well, the original gentleman did not even bother to actually make sure to interrupt/cancel whatever sign up he was making me doing but assured me it was stopped. And of course now I found myself charge twice both by T-mobile and Apple for the same store. Only way to fix it? Go back in person. Of course, because hey it was such a great experience.
