I received two sets of headphones for Christmas that I wished to exchange for store credit towards a large sound system. I was told they cant do returns, exchanges, or store credit without proof of purchase... When asked why the sales rep said it was to show proof they were purchased through Bose, even though there is a review below of someone purchasing from amazon and exchanging for a new pair. When asked how the warranty would work if we wanted to exchange our headphones due to a defects, we were told this too would not be possible in store. It is ridiculous that the store credit policy varies so widely from person to person considering I only wanted to use the store credit towards a larger purchase. If Bose is unwilling to support their own, brand new, sealed products (regardless of where purchased) in store then they should not be selling them through third parties.

A Private User
I had a broken set of Bose speakers that had an expired warranty by a month. This store accepted the warranty anyway, and replaced my speakers within 5 minutes, no hassles, no problem! I bought the speakers from Best Buy, but they honored my request to have them replaced right there in the store. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had with a company! I will go back and buy more products there because of the excellent service.

Great little Bose store in a great mall. I have purchased the Soundlink Mini and the new Bose SoundTrue earbuds. The big benefit to buying items in store is that the staff registers it for warranty on site. This is so important because Bose has the best warranties. My headphones usually break within a year because of heavy use and they have always replaced them, often with newer models. This has let me get new headphones almost annually at no charge.

My parents and i just went by and looked around. But one of the employees, his name was Andre, gave us really great service and advice. Even when i said, that we aint gonna buy anything, he led us in this little cinema for a big presentation about the new, tiny speakers with a great sound. it was really impressive. and altough we didnt buy anything, Andre was very polite and really informative. Thank you, Andre, it was a pleasure!

Bose stuff might be overpriced, but the customer service is amazing. I had a pair of QC15 headphones that I got for free by signing up for a credit card. No receipt. The right speaker would occasionally emit very light rustling sound. Even though they could not reproduce the problem, they replaced it on the spot with a newer model, and gave me a receipt with a new 1y warranty.

I broke the jack on my headphones on the flight to SF. Headed into the store to buy a replacement cable and they very kindly gave me a replacement cable for free. Friendly staff and great service!

A waste of time. Very unprofessional. They dont know Bose products. When Ive asked to listen to a system, they have left the loud background music on.
