I was sold broken goods. When I called in about it, I was told that used peripherals are not tested before they are sold. NEVER BUY FROM GAMESTOP, they dont care about the customer at all. I was told Im just an employee, its not my job to make sure we are selling working controllers. Wow, thanks for keeping my best interests in mind. It would take a minute to say, that hasnt been tested, would you like to plug it in and test it?, but they dont care AT ALL. Rude, uninformed, thoughtless employees, and terrible corporate practices, thats GameStop.

I bought a digital card that said "immediately available at checkout" I spend two hours waiting and never got the card. I requested refund. I will never buy anything from Gamestop again.
