The Happy Medium
1. They are not a real SPRINT dealer, they do something like lease the right. Therefore if you go there to pay your bill with cash they charge you $5. This does not happen at the authenticated SPRINT store in Santa Rosa. 2. Two years ago, the then manager suggested I purchase an iPhone6. She did NOT say "Lease" a phone. She "buy". She said I would own the phone after two years. I paid the additional $30 a month for two years. I realize some of that is Insurance, but still it added $720 and today I find I have to pay them $200 to buy the phone Ive been paying for, for 2 years. Even car dealers dont handle "Leases" like that. 3. Employees there after that manager are lovely. I still do not appreciate the fake front that they are a SPRINT company when they are not. Its worth it for me to drive to Santa Rosa whenever I want upgrades. They are totally honest and helpful, and they dont charge $5 to pay a bill in cash.
