I Found the help at this Radio Shack to be extremely knowledgeable in helping me make a decision about a router (Netgear N600). Through out the years, I have been continually amazed and pleased with the staffs ability in explaining technical details and helping me cut through the jargon associated with tech and electronic merchandise. Today, after a terrible experience at Car Toys with a clueless salesman misleading us on a phone purchase, I found Riley at the Crown Hill store in Ballard to be extra helpful in straightening out the mess we found ourselves in. He was kind enough to fix in one minute an issue that the Car Toys salesman spent a half hour on. As this was not a Radio Shack sale, Rileys help was "above and beyond" what would be expected of an employee.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Radio Shack. I used to get their catalog and drool over the hardware and projects it contained. This particular RS seems to have weathered the financial problems of the mother ship pretty well. They used to employ my kind of geeks, but lately I have interacted with a fairly indifferent crew. Luckily, I know where everything I might need is located. I docked a star for the unlucky person who has to ask these new guys for help.

I spent one and a half hour transferring my daughters phone plan to a pre-purchased I-phone, after 3 different stores were unable/unwilling to help. Roy, the clerk at Radio Shack-Crown Hill, graciously and patiently tried everything under the sun and managed to save the day! Excellent customer service skills -THANK YOU ROY!

Great customer service. Salesmen knew what they were talking about. They had the sprint stores beat in price and no mail in rebates! Im adding a line next month and know where Im going.

Called for a resistor and the guy didnt know what I was talking about. "Ohms....whats that" Sad, I used to love Radio Shack for electronic parts, now they sell everything else :(
