Took my synth in and they gave me a promise time of 2 weeks. After a month and a half of trying to communicate with them wondering why no one has taken a look at it, they said something along the lines of "Yeah, we diagnosed the synth seeing we are having an issue with X." X being the damn reason I brought it in in the first place. They said they were going to send it to a guy in California for a month or more to repair for an extra $200. Found the guy they were going to send it to, he only charges $150 and a promise time of 2 weeks. Went in to get my still broken synth back and they had the audacity to charge me still. Missed some important opportunities because of them. I hope someone... anyone reads this and decides to go elsewhere. Dont let this happen to you.

Got original estimate for little over 100$. 2 days later same job went up to 272$. Told them that I no longer need the work to be performed, asked the tech if they even opened the unit, they said that they did not. I did not need it to be "evaluated" @ 88$. I already knew what I needed done. Since the unit was never opened, I dont get why I was charged the evaluation fee. Offered to trade my unit in for "parts" to cover the evaluation fee. Scammers. Absolutely horrible.

Condor does great work. I took a very rare amplifier here for service and Kevin did an excellent job with the repair. He was thorough and highly knowledgeable, not to mention pleasant to work with. At drop-off the girl at the counter said it would be about a week before my estimate was ready, but only 2 days later my amp was fixed and back in my studio! I would recommend Condor to anyone who is in need of professional studio equipment repair.

I needed my Allen & Heath jumper moved. The guy on the phone was seriously displeased that I was asking questions and was very terse on the phone. He could not give me a ball-park figure on how long or how much my issue would cost. Told me "dunno man, I dont give estimates". Dunno man? Thats poor customer service and you lost a customer and received a bad review on Google. Congrats!

Worked with Peter to upgrade my Electrix Repeater. Condor Electronics was always professional and timely with their correspondence, and their knowledge base on these units is unsurpassed. Peter was always willing to take my phone calls and willing to give his time and full attention to my many questions about the services they offered.

They repaired my Yamaha synth under warranty quicker than I expected. A little confusion as to what the problem was - the guy who wrote it up when I brought it in wasnt a "keyboard guy" - but they got it right anyway. The guy who gave it back to me was very knowledgeable and helpful, tho. :-)

These guys know what they are doing. I took my Wurlitzer 200A there after having it mutilated by Solid Repair. They correct all the problems and made it sound 100% better. This place rocks!!!

great/fast repair of my Jolida tube amp, and useful advice on how I could further improve it. Very good experience. I will use them again.

Like most vintage tube repair the work was expensive, but very VERY worth it. Peter is a real pro.
