I was just here at this target store and it was the worst experience of my life I didnt even get a chance to scan for my items and I had three people watching me in the store the store must be robbed in the stolen a lot and then the manager gets this guy to watch me and directly looking me in the eyes very aggressive and scary and I ask him why are you looking at me that way and he told me my manager told me to watch you I understand I need to watch people in the store but thats what they have security for you are not supposed to watch customers scanning their items and then he start mocking me and making jokes about it to the other customers if I was crazy and he was an aggressive black male I will never go to this target again with my children do not take your family here this place is not helpful and they are not good at their customer service Is even worse I even asked for the corporates number and they would hesitate not to give it to me and did not warning warning warning warning give

New Pronoia Bliss

This store had a hard to find item and I was able to call ahead to reserve it. Guest Services placed it on hold for me for same day/same evening pick up. Amazingly, this store had an organized Dollar Spot section. It was fairly tidy considering the traffic that comes through. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my item, both lines at Guest Services were backed up because only one person was alternating between the two. Not a big deal - I was so happy to get my item. Then I ventured next door to Starbucks. Only one person was working there. I waited and waited, and finally I had to leave because I wanted to make it to Ikea before they closed. Please hire more people!

They sell a lot of expired stuff. My mom bought a pre made baby formula and it was expired. If we didnt check the expiration date, my brother couldve gotten sick. One time we bought Lunchables and it was expired. And the lady at Pizza Hut was very rude to me and my sister. We were asking for a Icee cover and she said with an attitude, "We dont have any so thats why I told you to go get the lids over there!" I was like, "You dont have to be so rude." So we told the manager, but I dont think she will do anything about it.

Target was not a fun experience for me today it took me forever to find one of my hair products. One cashier said she cannot help because it wasnt her station, thats not a big deal and thats understandable. However when she called someone else to help me she acts like she was in a big hurry and she really just pretty much brushed me off. Then when I went to the Starbucks cafe they were out of java chip and mocha frappe so I could not get my drink today

This store looks like it was hit by a bomb. On my last visit there were items and shampoo spills on the floor. Items were on the wrong shelves so things were not the price you expected them to be. Many shelves were empty (i thought they had people to stock shelves. Long lines at the checkout. Of the 16 check out lanes most lane lights were out. only 4 were actually opened. The target in El Cerrito is a disaster

Its usually a great place to shop. Get what you need and out the door fast. But this is not possible when they dont have the product. This seems to be a constant when I need a particular item. Even on-line its missing. So the next I think of going to Target Ill go elsewhere.

Staff is a bit rare to find in the store if you need help but if you do theyre very kind. It also has a section for food but just looking at it Id definitely not recommend it.
