My experience with all of the Sprint stores in the area has been horrible!!! We paid $200 at a separate phone store we were referred to by Sprint to get my phone fixed that had suddenly shut down, and when it was up an running Sprint held on to my sim card while it was getting fixed at the separate store and lost it. Ever since they had switched the sim card they lost with another one, my phone never connects to the service we have been paying for ever since last November! We have taken it in dozens of different times, to different stores to get the service we have been PAYING for and not receiving, PLUS the amount we payed to get it fixed and they have done nothing to help or undo the damage to my phone they caused. My phone has received no water damage, no damage to the screen or body, basically nothing that was my own doing has damaged the phone, and yet still, no service. Horrible. Never sign a contract with Sprint, they decided long ago, that as long as youre guaranteed to pay each month, it doesnt matter if youre not even getting what your paying for as long as they dont have to deal with it. They are terrible to their costumers. And my Samsung Galaxy S6 was shutting off every time connected to service, and now it wont turn on at all once again.

IAN. G IS A LIAR... I went into the store today with my step daughter, she is a senior in H.S., works and wanted to get her own service. We where greeted by Ian G! I asked Ian how much service would be for an S8 phone. He proceeded to do a four square close like a car dealer. Told me insurance was required, however when I questioned this he told me I had to have it for a minimum of 90 days. Then he let me know with all my free promotions our service would be 150. 00 per month. After I told him know he discounted the price and took all the free things back. Apparently they where not free he just told me they are free. I left and went to the sprint store on and andresen and found out that insurance is not required and as for the free stuff we know it was not free if he removed them and the price went down. Sorry Sprint, one liar costed you a customer today.

I came into Sprint to possibly switch services from ATT. I had to call ATT every single month to dispute extra charges on my bill and was spending numerous hours on the phone. I was feeling very frustrated, but my experience with Sprint was amazing. Ash and JJ made me feel welcome and went over the plan that would be best for me. They were patient and understanding of my concerns. They made everything simple. They were having system issues which made the process take a little longer, but they were apologetic and even gave me a free glass pro screen protector for the trouble. Over all, this was a great experience and am happy to be switching my services to Sprint. Extra kudos to Ash and JJ who sold me on the service and were incredible friendly. Thanks again!

The store manager Matt is a complete idiot. We were upgrading to the new iPhone 7+, we were told we would get 225 for our iPhone 6. Right before the end of finalizing everything Matt came over and said no we can only offer you 100? Umm we just got told by your employees something different. Sorry thats all you will get. I said nope, we will not upgrade. Sprint is and always has been the worst phone company. When we were getting in our car, the guy we were working with asked why we were leaving and we told him, he said sorry we hear this a lot. Come back on Sunday and I will get you taken care, Matt wont be here. Really even your employees know you are a tool bag Store Manager Matt!

Ian at Hazeldell store is an amazing & patient person,$ salesman. I am a grandmother of limited abilities understanding electronics, which limits my ability to understand these new fangled phones. This is the second time Ive been in, as I didnt understand how to operate my new i-phone that I purchased here on 9/06/17. I will highly recommend IAN and your Hazeldell store to anyone. My second day here I had the pleasure of meeting Mikkael, who also was helpful,kind, & patient.I shall be back...with friends

Staff is uneducated. I explained that i wanted to buy a phone outright for my grandmothers birthday they informed me I cannot do that with out being an authorized user. So ok turn away my busness. Thats fine, but my grandma is really hard to shop for & I had a plan. So I went to the sprint store on Minihaha & Andreason. They sold me a phone no problem.

I came into the store today to check an upgrade and the sales reps Ash and Matt helped answer question and upgrade my devices into a new galaxy, hotspot and a tablet!! Hey were very helpful and worked as fast as possible. Thank you guys for being patient, courteous, and for answering all of my questions! :-). :-)

I dealt with Mathew and Michelle, and they were great people, and treated me and my family very well, they spent awhile talking to us about the different phones, and they werent pushy and had some nice deals going on. We were very happy and satisfied when we walked out of the store.

Headed over to the store to try and fix a bill Ive been having trouble with for over a year. An employee named Michelle was crazy helpful and even kept the store open late to help me figure out my problem. Would definitely give this location 5 stars because of my experience.

Great experience went in and they greeted me at the door and made sure I knew I was noticed. They werent pushy and had great deals on phones and service plans. Mathew and Michelle made my experience well worth the trip and Ill be recommending them to my friends and family.

Excellent Service! They went out of their way to help my 70 year old mother not only pick a phone, but how to work everything she wanted. Cat was fantastic! She spent an extra hour ensuring everything transferred and all her social media apps were where she wanted them.
