Called store cause i wanted to buy something when worker answered the phone I ask if what I was looking for was in he said let me check and I was put on hold....after hearing nothing but silence for 10 minutes I decided to call back to see if he forgot about me. Well as soon as I call back this time Im ask to hold right away. so I say yes. After another 5 or 6 minutes Im like this is crazy so while on hold iI get in my car and drive to the store. After my 10 minute drive to the store still on hold as I walk up to the door it disconnects on its own. Im thinking this place must be busy. I walk in... there is one customer in the whole store and one worker at the counter joking and laughing with him.....I walk up he say how can I help you... I explain..... he barley says hes sorry before saying, so what did you need. I was beside myself. I ask for a mangers info and owners info...he says,.... get this, let me get him out of the back....so get this there were two works there and one customer and I was on hold for 30 minutes total. This put me over the top... when the manager comes out not only is he less than concerned he mocks my anger and even lunges for at me as to get in my face as he is "explaining"...i tell him to back off... he then goes on to tell me that it was cause they are busy. Im thinking so busy you are in the back doing nothing.... well i left with only a 1 800 corp number that is closed for now.....I told him I would take to the internet he said...ooooo who cares... GameStop surprises me in its way to continue to disappoint me. Multiple times have they shown unprofessional business. Yet again, for the third time, I have bought a NEW game for full price, only to find out it has already been opened, voiding their return policy, allowing them to only give you the trade-in value rip off. Trade-in values are insulting, along with their poor choices on midnight launches (Modern Warfare 3, but no Zelda: Skyward Sword? Really?). A friend use to work there and would tell me how pre-orders get "lost" or "misordered", terms used to explain why you took MY paid pre-order and bonus item for your friend. I morn over the loss of Game Crazy. I would not recommend GameStop to anyone. I invest a LOT of money in video games, which I will now be using at Walmart or Game Trader along with my cohort of gaming friends.

The upselling...Oh the upselling. Just ridiculous. The staff here seem to think it is their sole duty to have a full-blown conversation with every customer who enters the door. Now typically this would be appreciated. However, when this backs the line up AROUND the store there is a sense of getting people in and out rather then asking them if they would like the new GameInformer magazine. While the staff who work here are genuinely interesting and knowledgeable about video games, what they lack is a sense of urgency and promptness.

This is a less busy location that never seems to have ridiculous lines, even on release days / nights. Friendly staff that dont rush you out of the store quickly. They talk to you about your purchase with sincere interest. GameStop in general, gets deserved flak for their trade-in / resell practices. But if you can and do look past that, this is a great location.

Ok place dont believe everything they tell you when buying games or consoles theyll try to get you to buy more then you need you can check online for guides on what not to over spend on for instance theyll try to get you to spend more money on early access games for $20 to $50 more not worth it just buying the normal version is expensive enough at $60

Its a normal GameStop and has all the usual things youll find there. However, the employees have always been exceedingly helpful every time Ive been in there. Even when I had some odd questions about packaging and things I purchased elsewhere. Definitely will be using them more for my gaming needs going forward.

If youre looking for the latest stuff, you wont have a problem finding it here...as long as its for PS4 or Xbox One. Their WiiU and handheld game sections are distressingly small, and they rarely have very good selections of used titles, nor particularly good deals on the games that they do have.

Have a huge display of Amazon fire sticks but 0 in stock . Employee seemed clueless that they even sold them. Very strange. Why have a big display of a product that you dont keep in stock. Why sell toys its gamestop not toys r us

This place has a lot of defective merchandise. I think the staff doesnt know how to check discs, and so they have a store full of broken games. They are also pretty rude. All in all just a place to avoid.

Not really anything special, its just your normal Gamestop. Every time Ive been in there the staff has been friendly, and helpful if you need help finding something.

Pretty much all GameStops are arranged the same, but this one is great as its less crowded and the staff is very nice.

The quickest and easiest way to buy video games. The reason for 3 stars is that for trade ins, they rip you off.
