I have previously had mediocre, at best, service from this store. Recently I went in and Jessica and Patty were absolutely wonderful. They were so patient with all of our questions and so willing to work in order to get us the best deal. My previous opinion of this store has been completely turned around and I am so glad that I can now go into my closest Sprint location and know that I will get the best & most personalized service possible. Thank you Jessica and Patty, youre amazing!!!

Excellent service and personalized attention from Cody and Corey. They went over all the plan features, pro-actively took care of trouble-shoots, and made the process very smooth. They were so professional that I even transferred another phone account from another carrier. Definitely worth the extra drive ... best Sprint experience Ive EVER had. Thank you, gents!!!!

I went into the store at Keizer station and Patty and Corey were awesome to work with. I had questions about my iPhone and they took there time on telling me what is probably wrong. I directed to go to the Apple Store. I was treated like a real person not just a a number. Would come back to this location for my phone needs. Thanks again to Patty and Corey.

Tony and Angel went above and beyond to take care of me. I was promised a free tablet from the Lancaster location and Angel took time to call customer care and fix my issue. Tony went into the account and found that I was promised a free tablet. They really took care of my issue. Outstanding customer service. Shout out to their manager for training them well!!

Two people working in this store, one customer leaving, both employees were just too busy(?) to help me. One went in back and the other just ignored me and continued "working" on his computer. I left. Too bad you cannot post "0" stars.
