You guys need to do something about your Salem location (this store). They DO NOT offer the same level of customer service as the one in Beaverton. The people in Beaverton are much younger but theyre also grateful/excited about having a job whereas the ones in Salem are much older and you can tell they hate their job and life. Most are not friendly with customers because they have personal issues they havent worked out and carry those issues into work (you can see it on their faces). Today was another example of poor customer service. I went into your store and told one of the ladies in the front (she works in body care and supplement section) that I parked my car on the side of the building because theres NO COVERED PARKING for US PET OWNERS. Its scorching hot outside and we couldnt find a shaded spot except right next to the building. I told her to let me know on the com if I needed to move my car. As we were shopping I noticed she told another clerk that my car was parked on the side of the building. The lady left and went to the back and then I hear "Theres a Honda Civic parked next to the building that needs to be moved. Our delivery guy cant park." I immediately told my partner that I had to move the car and ran outside and to my amazement - NO DELIVERY GUY! My car was there all alone and there was no delivery guy. I ran to the other side of the building and no delivery guy or truck. Now, Im super peeved. I move my car and run inside and told my partner that were done shopping. We bought a few things but would have bought more if that didnt happen. The same lady that I informed about my car being parked next to the building was my cashier. She looked down and was really uncomfortable (no eye contact whatsoever) because she knew she was wrong, she knew she what she had done and felt bad. Thats just rude! The delivery guy doesnt pay your bills, the customer pays your bills and keeps you employed.

I broke my dominate arm so i carry a cloth shopping bag. I use it as a purse and for items I purchase. I walk for exercise and shop on the way. Just because I have a cast does not mean that I can not walk. I walked from my home to Natural Grocers to purchase two bottles of vitamins and some bananas. i put my items to purchase on the belt and also my shopping bag. I dug my credit card out of the bag. Also in the bag was a small water bottle and my sun glass case. My shopping bag is my purse. My arm is broken , I am walking and want to carry the minimum. The clerk starts going through my shopping bag. Do you normally go through a womans purse to make sure she did not steal something? I felt insulted! Amber Anderson

The market part of the store is smaller compared to other natural food stores however there herb selection its amazing. This store has a nice kitchen for teaching / demonstration. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. They stock hard to find natural items. The store has an old fashion charm when you walk in. I would recomend this store to my friends and family.

This store has a lot of options for the natural living shopper and also the new to natural living shopper. Their prices are fair and employees are always helpful, intelligent about the products offered and polite with happy smiles. I love just walking the aisles and seeing what I stumble upon. I always learn something new when I go here. I highly recommend this store.

Huge selection of items. Has everything you need. Groceries, hair and skin care, essential oils, vitamins and more.the produce is amazing and they carry fresh turmeric root! The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I love this store!

Great selection of unnique health and environment concious food and drinks. They have an entire aisle dedicated to kombucha and the employees are very kind and helpful. Prices are a little expressive but when they have sales they are great to stock up!

Nice store with ample parking. On average they have about the best day to day prices. Trader Joes probably beats them out in a couple of ways, but for organics they have a better selection and are cheaper than Whole foods or Market of Choice.

I spent an hour here getting essentials with my mother. They are less expensive than some online retailers. The staff was nice. We also got a giant jug of apple cider for $10 that was the best I have had in my life.

Went in here once, found what we needed. The store and staff were amazing! Productes were great too, but my budget just cant compete enough to shop here. However they do carry 100% coca butter!
