Let me start by saying that the value of the service that you get with the employees of this store is top notch. Even when these guys (and girls) get busy, they’re always ready to drop what they’re doing and get you the help you need. One of the hardest things about purchasing a large ticket item is the concern that it may not be what you expected. Rest assured these guys want you to be happy with your purchase. I purchased a large ticket item recently and when I got it home, I realized it was not going to work for our needs. GC Assistant MGR Jeremiah and the Store Manager Andrew went far above their normal customer service levels to make sure that the return happened quickly. The store in Keizer is the epitome of excellent customer service. Sam in pro audio is one of the most patient guys in the business. Trust me… I have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and all these guys far exceeded it. Great work you guys! I would recommend your store to anyone.

Great addition to Salem Keizer area I have purchased a couple of items and the people there are always professional and courteous. This guy who said someone thier stole hi cc # and went shopping is mistaken i believe. I was shopping at that very guitar Center and dropped my credit card when paying for an item I got a call before I was home that they found it and put it in the safe I am very happy with the customer service and the selection. it is nice now not to hear "we dont have that in stock but I can order it for you" and charge you retail. now i just run to Keizer Station and get what I need the same day.

When i walk into guitar center, im greeted by a nice person at the front door saying " welcome to guitar center" and when i walk towards the guitars and am looking for one to check out, the staff always asks me " are you looking for something specific or just checking it out?" the service here is amazing. if i need help because something on the amps arent working, they they will help you right away. once i was returning a guitar to get my money back, and right away somebody checked it out, and i got my money back within 10 mins. i love this store. TWO THUMBS UP

I brought in my Cort acoustic guitar to have a set-up done. The string action above the 5th fret was kind of high (owing to the neck having a little bit of a bow), making it hard to play. Ethan tweaked the truss rod, shaved the bridge and generally restored it to its original playability -- its like having a new guitar! And it was done the same day I brought it in. Thanks to all at Keizer Station Guitar Center.

The staff is truly knowledgeable and they arent just talking out their ass. The prices are fairly reasonable and they have a decent variety/selection of what ever you could need music wise. The fact they will buy your old gear off you and give you cash or trade it in and apply the amount to your purchase is also great and makes it over all a well rounded store and hits the needs of anything musical.

This place is outstanding. Its so hard to find a place that has absolutely awesome customer service, but this place does. Ive been there at least a half dozen times since my first visit when I bought my first guitar, and each and every time, whomever I have spoken to has been very polite, helpful, and welcoming. Those whom Ive met so far include Anthony, Isaac, Mike, Ethan, Ted and Josh. Awesome!!

I do business here fairly often, particularly with the drum department. ALL of the folks here have been GREAT to deal with, but Kale has really dealt with some BS for me with regards to special orders, store transfers, and other hassles....he definitely goes above and beyond. Always a positive experience for me, and Ill continue to recommend the Keizer Station G.C. to others. Thanks Kale and Crew!

Best deal i could of gotten.. and for you haters you just need to relax and find Jesus... No one there is sealing any ones cards and from the guys i talked to they know there stuff so hate on me or hate on the man but these guys are great leave them alone but either way this place is cool... and AJ didnt steal my card info in fact he gave me a great deal so hmm i would say great place thanks Guys.

3rd trip to this store, looks nice has all the new gear out to test. Pro audio and light staff are polite and trying, but they are not familiar with what they sell. Gc should make sure the guys are trained, I will continue to drive the extra 45 minutes to beaverton store where Im met with guys that know what they are talking about and whos advice I can trust when Im spending 1000s

Was looking at some Gibson LPs and didnt end up buying one, but man was the employee that was helping me out awesome (I think his name was Ryan but not sure :S). He knew his stuff about the guitars and was very patient while I was taking forever trying them out. This is a solid place to buy gear at.

All the staff at GC have been super helpful. I have to show some praise to Sam from pro audio though. My dj mixer took a dump on me ( had pro coverage) and Sam quickly placed an order for a new one. I was back in action in less than a week right before an important Dj gig!

This place will have what you need. There was only one time I was ever treated poorly by an assistant; I mentioned it to management, and they bent so far over backwards to make it right that I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Ordered a bass guitar kit over the phone with Aj, he stole my Credit Card numbers. Three minutes after I hung up he was using my CC numbers trying to make purchases.
