My Husband and Son are required to use this pharmacy at the request of the medical clinic they are patients at. The worst pharmacy. The refill request system is flawed. The Doctors Clinic denies receiveing the faxes apparently are not sent. Repeatedly. You call and the system tells you what time things will be ready for pick up but they are not when you get there. The amount of time spent in line is equal to the time spent shopping for a weeks worth of groceries. They phone is rarely aswered when you call the first or second time to talk to a staff member. If there is nobody in line when you get there they see you standing there and refuse to acknowledge your time wasted waiting on them. I have never filled out a poor review on any place or person but I am finally so disgusted with the whole miserable situation at this pharmacy. Staff for almost a year has promised over and over this will get better. I can see that this is what you are gonna get.

There is a lady named Heather who works in meat. She is the best, most helpful butcher, even rivaling the service of nicer places like Roths. The rest of the store I dont care for. Unless something is on a spectacular sale, the pricing is very high. I have been very dissatisfied with most of my interactions with this store. Edit: my more recent experiences have been better, so they earned another star (now its 3). Update: lately I have found more items on sale. And have had a few good interactions with the deli. I am not sure if they are on a conscious effort to improve, or if this is the luck of the draw. If I find out there are some deliberate improvement measures in place, I will raise my star rating to a 4. If the whole store was as courteous, helpful, professional, and competent as Heather is in the meat dept, it would be a 5 star. (But that would be nigh near impossible)

I shop here all the time, but something was just off tonight. They didnt have half their produce stocked, I couldnt find pink grapefruit, packaged or otherwise, anywhere in the whole store, the check out lady didnt even offer to ask someone for me, and worst of all, their Chinese food was awful! I buy their Chinese about once a month, but tonight it was just awful, everything looked like it had been there for a long time, the fried rice was over cooked and had no seasoning, the broccoli beef was way over sauced, the orange chicken was over cooked to the point of tasting burnt, and the egg rolls tasted like they were freezer burned! I live right down the road from there, and Id drive across town, pay a little more, and shop at Fred Meyers, where at least their products are fresh and local, and Ill be going to south Lancaster for real Chinese food from now on! Im so beyond disappointed!

Save your time, this place is orrible, your medicine will not be ready when you need it and they not friendly, my daughter had to wait 24 hours for her medicine, and this is not the first time this happen. Ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo, nunca tienen la medicina cuando la necesitas, no son amables, mi hija tubo que esperar 24 horas por su medicina y no es la primer vez.

Save yourself the time to find a parking spot and just drive to Fred Meyer. Ive been shopping here for 18 years and Ive had my last frustrating shopping trip. This store always had good customer service and good sales. Since Haggens closed it is a joke. They knew about this months ago and are no closer to getting it together now than the day Haggens closed. They are understaffed, still. Whoever is in charge of the ordering is woefully inept. They are out of most sale items and a lot of basics. This has been a continual theme for the last 3 months. I was trying to be patient but Im done. Dont bother going there.

❌Google reviews are biased, Google edits reviews and deletes photos that are totally appropriate to the review.❌ Poor Pharmacy. You cannot access your prescription at any other Safeway conveniently without transferring medical records or some ridiculous wait time. So if you travel regionally you cannot stop by another Safeway and get your prescription. Inconvenient and incompetent. I wouldnt be surprised if they messed your prescription up and gave you the wrong medicine. I will not be using Safeway Pharmacy anymore. I dont recommend.

I cant put zero stars or I would. I called today about some chicken wings and the lady said she didnt know if they had any. I asked if they had the vinegar ones or anything and she said I have costumers and Id have to run to the back and ask. I asked since she was busy if there was usually a down time and Id call then. She told me its hard to tell its a nice day... I was going to be a costumer but after that I dont to support such a rude worker continue to think the way she treats people is okay.

I love the store itself... but the pharmacy seriously SUCKS. It didnt use to be this way but in the last 6 months it has really gotten bad. They dont answer the phone. Ever. Ive called at least 10 times per day for the last 3 days. I ve left 5 urgent messages now. No response whatsoever. When I do go in to the store, I can plan on spending a good 20 minutes in line and then they may or may not actually be able to help at that point. Im done. Transferring to a different pharmacy.

While the slight remodel is nice, they keep moving things around so where it was once, when you go in next time, itll be on a completely different isle. Stocking is also done during the day, so youre having to go around the pallets as well as the people stocking the shelves to get anything off the shelves. If you ask them to hand it to you since theyre in the way and refuse to move, youre treated as if youre a huge inconvenience. Not worth going in, even as a quick errand.

Love their deli on 5 dollar Friday 8 pieces dark chicken cooked perfect moist not over cooked . My husband and I get 2 orders one for lunch order for dinner. Its super delishes . Nothing worst then over cooked chicken. We used to go to Fred Meyers for chicken but then Floyd retired who ever took over cooks the chicken to much. Too dry. Thanks Safeway keep up the fantastic work .better than kfc.their to exspensive. Yours is much better!! Super moist..

Like any other Safeway, it is constantly understaffed, causing for long waits at the check-out stands during nearly all hours of the day except for very early or very late. The store itself is fine. Its clean and well stocked. But dont expect getting out of there in a timely manner. It might be time they consider actually having people work shifts instead of always running on a skeleton crew to increase profit margins.

This Safeway is definitely above average and one of the best places to grocery shop in Keizer. They can have long lines during peak hours. I think that adding self checkout lanes would help them cut down on overcrowded checkouts(as of May 2017 they have self checkout). Otherwise I find the employees to be very nice and helpful and the prices to be surprisingly cheap when they have deals.
