Im sorry, Im generally not one to complain, but after visiting the store last night, my blood was boiling. My family and I have been with ATT for over a decade now. Weve always received great cell service, prices, and customer service. But not last night. Last night I received the worst customer service. I cant recall the guys name who helped us, but he seemed very rude, uninterested in our problem, and unwilling to help from the beginning. We went in to take a friend off of my fiances account and switch me from my parents plan onto my fiances. The friend got taken off with no problem, but when it came time for me to switch from my parents plan onto my fiances plan, thats when the bad customer service began. He kept making excuses as to why he couldnt switch me over. "There isnt a note on your parents account saying you can switch", there was. After scrolling through my parents account for a minute he found the note. "The note says you accept responsibility, not your fiance", but we were wanting to change the account so BOTH of our names were on it, so that shouldnt have been an issue. "Theres a balance on one of the accounts so we cant unless theres a payment scheduled", I called my dad and there was a payment scheduled for a day later, when technically it wasnt due for another four days. You get the point. Excuse after excuse. I then called ATT customer service number, and they were very helpful. They told me that everything the associate said was untrue and that he couldve helped us. But instead, customer service helped us over the phone and got what we needed done in a matter of minutes. I still love ATT more than any other carrier, but not last night in your store. I really wish I could remember the associates name because then I would call about him. When I recommend ATT to my friends and family, I say "I love them because of their customer service. Ive never had a problem with them". Now I cant say that because of that one employee.

Disappointing customer service. The employee who greeted me was clearly disinterested in listening to my issue. He did not look at me while he requested my information then made an oblique comment about customers cutting in line and walked away. He did not give me an estimated wait time or even mention that I was now in a queue. There were several others waiting already, looking both irritated and bored; I suspect that they received similar service. This poor service isnt enough for me to switch carriers, but I think Ill be driving across town to visit a location hopefully staffed with people who want their customers to feel like they are valued.

I came here about two weeks ago and they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. So the closest corporate store that did was 30 miles away. I drove out to the other store. I was told by the other corporate store that if I brought the phones back unopened to any corporate store within 14 days I could return them for free without a restocking fee. I came in tonight to return then and the gentleman told me that Eric(the assistant manager) refused to waive the restocking fee and I had to drive back to the other store, 30 miles away to return it. Ive never been so disappinted with this store!

The customer service rep. that helped me was fantastic. The wait time left a lot to be desired. It was explained that several were out on lunch break. They apologized extensively for my wait. Overall, I had a good experience once I had my rep. She said that once I began using my new phone I would not believe how I could have gone without it, she was right.

Went to att to get the bundle of direct tv and cell service with 4lines and 2 tablets chris helped and Ill use that term loosely I started asking questions and he was done answering them stood up and walked away very rude customer service definitely will stay with T-Mobile!!!!!!

Actually had the phone thrown back at us and was told "this is sales...were not going to do anything different for you than you have already done" when we asked for assistance with an AT&T update failing. These guys need to be fired today!

I have been an AT&T customer for 15 plus years. The lady that manages this store wouldnt know what customer service was if she was slapped with a full bag of it. There are plenty of AT&T stores in Salem, dont waist your time on this one.
