There is a guy Paul that made several false and extremely misleading claims for my iphone purchase regarding warranty information and customer return policies. Maybe other people that work there are ethical, but certainly Paul, probably the oldest guy that works there and wears glasses, should not be trusted. I had a return of a faulty screen cover. Paul had admittedly proclaimed his special authority to take care of any customer needs. During my return, Paul completely lost his cool and he spitefully told me to not come back, I was not his customer anymore, he didnt want to see me, to just leave, I hope youre happy (in a malicious tone), you got what you want, etc. During this episode manager and the rest of the employees were standing right there and none of them had the character to say anything. Very bad experience with Paul (old guy with glasses).

this particular store customer service is HORRIBLE. called to inquire about my bill i was transfered to a supervisor and she couldnt answer my questions and she hung up the phone on me after saying helllo, hello, hello i cant hear you !!!!!!!!!!! i tired sveral times to call that store again they locked me so i had to call another office. and 3 years ago i went to the same sotre and i singed up for a plan and didnt want to make a contract, so i didnt get free hand of course becouse i didnt want to have contarct just month to month. after a while my husband wanted to add me to his plan and i called to let them know they said i have to pay cancliation fee becouse i have a CONTRACT. the sale person made contarct for me without letting me know. what a store. they better close this store and ppl there should go and find a job in saturday market..

These people are clueless and have no idea about their own products. I have been a customer of AT&T since 2002 and have never had issues at a corporate store until now. They talked us into adding the AT&T multi-device protection plan, they told us it covers every device on the plan and would be the best option and would save us money and we wouldnt have to worry about anything but after reading the fine print it only covers 3 incidents ever and then you have no coverage anymore. We have 6 devices on our plan that would never work for us! Spent over a hour and a half on the phone with corporate to fix the stores screw up! The manager is a young stuck up lady who is completely expressionless and is clueless to what AT&T is about, very rude and careless. I will never come here again!

These people are frauds! I noticed a bogus fee charged to my account and ATT said it came from this store, Ive never been to this store before that, so I asked them to remove it and they said I had to talk to these people. When I went there and asked about it, they said I signed up for it, so I asked when, and to see my signature. They said I signed up for it at 8am on a Sunday when the store was closed and couldnt provide my signature, since I never signed anything. They still refused to remove the fees, though I was able to get my lawyer in touch with some regional representative when we filled a tort with the county and promptly got my money back. WHY DID IT TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR THESE PEOPLE TO ADMIT THEY ARE FRAUDS?!?

I have been a customer of AT&T since November of 2013. Today when I called with a complaint to the 185th & Evergreen in Portland Oregon, I talking to John there at that store. After I talked to him about my situation and lodged a complaint about a defunct IPhone 5C that I have, he hung up on me. It sure feels awful to be a customer of AT&T today. I hope that AT&T can do the right thing now and exceed my expectations, instead of terribly terribly, under exceed my expectations and making me dislike their horrible customer service. I have never been HUNG UP on by any company employee, ever! I have a viable complaint. Someone with some power, give me a call and make this right. Thank you, Daniel Lewis Höering

BS. We went in there having already been informed on 2 separate occasions on the phone that there was an eligible upgrade on the account and all we had to do was walk in and get a new phone. Within 5 minutes we had been greeted, asked about the problem and dismissed without any real help. We were told he couldnt authorize changes and the only option was a completely new plan. I was inclined to argue but my partner, whose phone was being replaced, decided to thank the man and leave. These people were rude, dismissive and extremely unhelpful. This is the third time he has been in to replace this phone and been dismissed. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

Justan G. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only was he well trained on the phone that I wanted, but he was also well aware of specific apps. Most people know the general apps and games, but his information went beyond that. I mentioned that I wanted to buy the phone now because I was going to nursing school. He immediately recommended several free applications for the phone that are specifically for medical personnel. Justan went out of his way to work with me to get me the phone that I wanted and ensure that I would be happy with the service plan as well.

The lady there is a liar. Just dont trust her. I went there today and asked for help transferring account responsibility. She did not help me at all. Dodnt even try... She told me to call customer service.I asked if they were still open and she said yes. I said its 8 pm, are they still open? She said yes again. I had called customer service before stepping in and it was closed. Think twice before having them do anything for you. You dont want to share your valuable info with a person who stares in your eyes and openly lies.

Dropped in last Friday (03.28) after lunch with my fingers crossed hoping I wouldnt have to wait to be served. Giovanna didnt disappoint = if I had remembered my pass codes I would have been out of there much quicker = Operator Error. Giovanna swooped me up as soon as I walked in the door and had me all fixed up in no time > she explained everything so that I could clearly understand my options and didnt overly "UpSell" me = she was very respectful in her approach. Giovanna, youre a Rock Star = thank you for helping me!

Be extremely careful of this store. There is an employee "Anadelia W" who tries to sell AT&Ts Digital Life Plan. Even though I was busy, I took a few minutes to hear her out and even obliged to have a free consult to learn more about the program. The girl processed it as a consult and then processed the entire order. I now have two boxes of equipment that I have to return. This is terrible customer service and absolutely the wrong way to drum up business.

Jillian W sold me an AppleCare Protection Plan on 3/21/2010. She made false claims about the Protection Plan so she can make the sell. The trick is that the policy terms are seald in a box, so you cannot open it to read. If you open the box, which you have to in order to use it, then Jillian W and her manager Josh Herlein will say the box is open and ATT cannot give any refund. I am going to dispute the plastic charges! So be awared!
