Horribly managed. When there are 8 people in line behind someone who is having issues at the register, it would be nice if more than 1 POS was being used by one of the other 9 associates standing around on the floor. Then, when you do open another register, dont insult the waiting customers by telling them you wont be helping them since they "arent the next in line" when they, in fact, were the next waiting customers AND you hadnt even pulled the first waiting customer (but the last) to the newly opened register in the first place. And on top of it, when the customers who then follow your direction to go back to stand in the proper queue, you close up your register and walk away, even though there are still 3 people waiting in line. Ridiculous--this shop lost 3 separate parties who just dumped their potential purchases and walked out because the manager is more concerned with associates folding their shirts instead of actually selling them. When confronted with this he said, "Well, there are two people assigned to registers." Maybe you should look around, re-evaluate, and assign a few more so your prospective sales dont walk out the door.

I just purchased a really nice Polo jacket at a great price and am very pleased with the purchase. And while I was at the Ralph Lauren store I accidentally left behind my purchase from another store. When I got home I realized my mistake and I called and they offered to send my left-behind item to me at no charge. That is amazing customer service!
