Terrible service unless of course they assume youre a thief or Hispanic. stood at the changing room for nearly 15 minutes ringing the bell and having people walk by over and over. The moment a family of Hispanics walked over someone came to help and tried to help them first. The person helping was not helpful and was real rude! Then 9/10 customers were crowding and rude too. Its amazing all the elders that ago here after so nice and friendly unlike the staff .

Prices are often more expensive than those new!! Being a store that sells mostly used item you would think that the prices are cheaper, let me tell you, often arent! I bought an item for $15 used, then i went to wal mart and saw the exact same item for $9.99 brand new!! ridiculous!! it had happened before so im not sure on going back anymore! Just check your prices before you buy you might end up not getting a bargain!

They have a good selection. Clothes are to crowded. Hard to see things when they are all jammed. The toy aisle is always a mess because of parents letting their kids do whatever the hell they want. Employees are very nice and always straightening and asking if you need help. Prices are too high tho!

Decent but for a thrift store they are almost at retail prices. I can see they are only interested in gouging people out if there money for profit instead of helping those in need. They are getting just as greedy as the big box stores.

Way to overpriced. Putting new prices on used items that were donated for free. Then they buy the display and broken murchandise from target and then discount it around half price sometimes a little over that. Shameful company

Lotsa cool junk and stuff. Had to wait in line for a long time when there was one cashier. The guy in front of us was arguing with the cashier about a return. My young daughter kept asking me why he smelled like pee...

The staff is inattentive and rude, items are often more expensive than buying new, and they wont budge on prices when an item is flawed or broken. Ive always been a fan of Goodwill, but this one suuuuucks.

Do not go here or support them. This company is not a thrift store and does not help people in need. They throw away tons of useful clothing instead of donating it. This is whats destroying America.

Normally always a good selection of items and some really cute stuff. But they are extremely over priced for being second hand. Only very seldomly is there something I can find thats a good bargin.

Recently built, Nice to have in a small town. They have the smallest childrens book section I have ever seen for a store of their size. Maybe that is a good sign, maybe Woodburn loves to read.
