The customer service at this store has gone into the toilet since the removal of the self checkouts. The self check out registers were able to provide better customer service than your physical cash years. Every visit is plagued with lines that run down the grocery aisles, No one to be found to assist in any physical department. And cashiers that tell you that they cannot give cashback at all at any register or customer service in the building

In Washington visiting my children and I had been here about a week. I decided to go to woodland and do a little shopping went to the 99 store got really crappie service. Went to Safeway and I must say that the service was great the cashier was so pleasant and helpful. She made a bad day turn completely around. Great place to shop.

For those in Woodland, its here or Walmart. Both have their perks but Safeway is where many people go. Its very clean and in a small town so many of the checkers know the locals. Their produce is fresh and they have a Starbucks inside for those who just cant live without it. The staff is all very friendly.

Every time I go to the deli, I never receive quality customer service. The staff has horrible attitudes and its almost as if its too much of a problem to help you. They never heat the food all the way through and when you ask to have it heated longer, they act like its too much work.

Some of the best ramen Ive ever tasted. Exactly as rich as youd want without overdoing it. The noodles are cooked perfectly and the menu is wonderfully simple. No matter what alternatives entice us, we always seem to hit Boxer Ramen at least once every time we visit Portland.

We live in Woodland, this is a regular stop for us. Customer service in the deli is almost always bad. Deli employees must hate their job. We never get a smile or a happy to serve you attitude. They literally throw the bread on the counter when making your sandwich.

Awful customer service. Very rude pharmacy technician not only refused to fill my prescription, but also accused me of fraud. Safeway pharmacy has lost my business.

Not near enough checkers. Ive seen happier faces at funerals. They had groceries but watch and keep tabs on pricing, "system price" doesnt get changed.
