I was in this store today around 1:00pm(Aug 18,2015), to get my grandson uniforms for school. This store was a mess, clothes were on the floor everywhere. I saw women underwear all on the floor. When we got to his uniforms they were dirty an looked like they were on the floor before. I understand that a store can look bad and they get busy, but I did not see anyone trying to pick all the clothes up. Like I said, this was about 1:00pm, I would think that the store manager would be working at that time. If he or she was there, The company needs to fired that manger and get someone who cares about what the company stands for. I got my grandson 2 pair of pants and will just go to macys to get the rest of his outfits. Very Disappointed and this was my first and last time going to this store.

This one is smaller than the other ones Ive visited. Then, youve gotta go downstairs for the kids clothing, why? It makes it harder for families to come in and shop cause youve gotta lug all the things you find up the stairs. Then the line stretches back into the mens department, really? Another "why"?. Then youve gotta find street parking, SMH! Make it even worse, San Francisco felt the need to make the first lane a bus & taxi lane, going up/down Mission Street! Uncomfortably tight, inside and out! They have great deals but sometimes, not worth it!

It can use a lot more space but really affordable .... Every time I go in there the cashiers are arguing amongst each other! I really hate the fact that the cashiers will hold a whole conversation with each other (In Spanish ) while helping a customer, especially when they can speak English well....

Factory 2U has served me well for crew socks, underwear and 4 button digital watches. The building also houses Mission Lodge No. 169 of the Free and Accepted Masons. A tip: check out the register line on your way in to avoid a long wait on your way out.

So the store is pretty run down, but they have nice clothes at good prices. So if you can overlook a dirt on the floor, cracked tiles on the floor, and some holes in the wall, you can find some nice clothes that wont cost you too much.

One of my reviewer favorite places to shop for ran random items. Almost everything is less than $10 and they have clothes and housewares. Not a lot is high quality but its worth a stop in if youre a bargain hunter!
