Scam scam scam. Went into exchange my phone for a scheduled upgrade. Initially this is fine, but they declare I have to pay 100$. I log into at&t and show them this is not true, Im eligible for free. They say ok, and have me wipe my iPhone. I disconnect iTunes and am looking st other models of phones, and shes messing with my phone, pulling at it. After putting pressure on it for a bit, she declares its bent and they cant take it. This is 30 minutes after accepting it, 10 minutes after me proving I didnt have to pay their knockoff retailer, and one minute after she bent my iPhone 6. I unbent it, she still refused. Do yourself a favor and go to a real at&t store and not one of these faux authorized retailers, they are awful.
