so today i went to JCpenny with my family. My dad went to the home supplies section. He was looking at the blenders and unfortunately he cut himself because the lid of the blender there was actually sharp blades. Normally for blenders there is no blade on the top, not like im saying its wrong to have it there, but since there normally isnt any blade on the lid they shouldve at least put up a sign saying that there is blades on the top of the lid so be careful in case people dont see the blade. aside from that when he cut himself, my mom also ask the sales associate which is the manager to get him a bandage. she took forever to get him one. She walk extreme slow. i understand that it is a mall and you shouldnt be running but the least you can do is fast walk, but no she took her time and slow walk towards us. Not only that, they also didnt even compensate him for his injury or give him any business card or anything that in case he needed to claim them for any medical needs. That is until i went back and ask them that is when they actually take all our information down and give us his business card. just overall their customer service is horrible. i highly recommend them to either retrain their sales associate or reconsider their employment with their employees that was involved in this situation. They took this accident carelessly. Also if today it wasnt my dad that got hurt someone else wouldve also. oh and btw the manager is names LIZA. So if you or anyone that needed something urgently i would recommend you not go to her because she wouldnt care. Also i forgot to add the cut was very deep like deep bloods were coming out like nonstop and that manager gave us a small bandage how hilarious and no brainer for that huh. I had to ask her to get us a bigger one and she took a long time to even get us one, so i ran to target and bought a first aid kit myself and ran back.

I like shopping at this store. Its convenient and has good merchandise available at a reasonable price. On sales or is even better priced. It is in my opinion better stocked and merchandise than the Macys store in the same mall. The only quibble I have is with the shoe section, its usually in disarray.

I am not sure how to explain it to you but it depends on the time of day. During the day time not so bad you can get help if needed. But later on the day, after 5pm, the staff changes and you can tell because you cant find anyone to help you.

This is a small store, but its still a great store. Love the variety of merchandise. The staff could use some improvement. Not many registers were open, which in turn caused long lines.
