I work at one of the busiest jiffy lubes in Oregon and Washington combined. I know how it is to be busy. But waiting on the phone on hold for 15 minutes is ridiculous. Especialy when I had to call again because it hung up on me after 15 minutes. And it took the guy less then 1 minute to answer my question. Then he didnt even say sorry just said "yeah I have a huge line of costumers". Wow not even an apology. Very poor costumer service. I am very disappointed!

Normally I have great experiences when I go to this store but every once in a while there is a problems. It eventually gets solved but there shouldnt of been an issue. Oh and everytime Ive bought the pro thing for fifteen dollars I dont ever seem to get the magazine for it, and I ha e change my info when Ive moved and everything.

Jerky people. Controller had nanometer Nick in rubber on stick and refused to take it. Refused to sell magma controller to me saying it wasnt out yet even though three days past release date. Would still shope here but the employees are rude

The only Gamestop I go to. The staff is helpful and always ready to talk about gaming news. The only real downside is the location and how, since its a smaller store, they dont always have popular accessories in stock.

This is a great store to shop at with the selection of games and friendly very helpful service. thier selection of PC games is small but is not surprising with so few good pc games left with the MMOs taking over.
