Sprint Store 1252-C El Camino Real San Bruno, CA 94066 Must be new management, Its been a year i have been to this store but today, permanently no way im going back there. Know your plan of tatics in sale before presenting to change a customer old account. Know these companies, MCI WorldCom, Sprint PCS thats how long i have been with sprint. Need more training for your staff before sales pitch. Words are out for your store. BTW I here today to pick up a phone for my daughter not to change old account. I call sprint customer after I left this place. Problem solve, Ill get the phone on Monday without changing my old plan.

Do not buy the insurance for there products. I was sold on the ease of the insurance. Forget about it. I was lied to about it. Its a nightmare. I came in to the store for help with the process. Forget it. I even went to the store manager and they left me hanging. Basically told me im on my own. They would not help me at all. Told me to deal with it alone. I wont be returning. You lost a customer sprint. at&t here I come.

I EXTREMELY HATE THIS SPRINT!!!! THEY HAVE CHANGED MY ENTIRE PLAN WITHOUT ME KNOWING THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR A DANG HOTSPOT DEVICE WHEN I DO NOT OWN ONE!!! THE SEPARATED OUR FAMILY PLAN SO THAT WE PAY MORE NOW. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!THEY ACT SO SWEET IN THE BEGINNING AND SCREW YOU IN THE END!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!

Jonathan from this store is a liar! He told me the insurance for my phone was mandatory for the first three months. He also told me i qualified for a free jbl bluetooth speaker. I removed the insurance charge about five days later; i reviewed my bill and found out the speaker was added to my monthly bill at about $9 a month.

Just go to Best Buy across the parking lot. This is another typical Sprint store with atrocious service. Three people working in the store had me stand around wait 15 minutes to find out theres nothing they can do. I went across the street to Best Buy took care of everything I needed to take care of and walked away happy

Weve been to this store multiple times and Bruce has been great. After being given the run around by another Sprint store and by Sprint customer service, Bruce was able to accomplish the upgrade we were looking for. This will be our go to store from here on out.

They wrote our name down on their tablet and said they will be able to get to us in $40 minutes. An hour later when we asked for service, they said we had to wait another hour. This location sucks big time...

Very horrible experience and such liars!!!!!! They promised me $120 a month for me and my girlfriend and my next month bill was $294!!! Outrageous!!!! I suggest anyone to go somewhere else.
