I have been a client since 2009 and have never been treated the way I was today. The person helping me was uneducated about what they offer and dont. Kept insisting that I was wrong about everything I asked for today, even though they have done this in the past. Simple mailing a package turned into their "manager" telling me I was wrong, raising his voice at me and ultimately had to go to Staples where they had no issues with sending my package. Save a trip, dont bother going here!

I love the atmosphere in this store! Always friendly, great customer service and if no one is checking out at the counter they know my box number and get my mail for me before I can even get my keys out.
