I wish I could give 3 1/2 stars. The good: has a lot of items, in sumer the boots are super cheap getting ready for winter. They have a good selection of electronics. They have a lot of craft stuff at a good price, the restrooms are usually clean and there is plenty of parking space. The bad: never enough cashiers, in my opinion always long lines, on the jewelry section very hard to get someone to let you see the more pricey items. Some items are not exchangeable, when they are perfectly fine to exchange. Customer service is less than desirable and at times rude. They do not have enough sales. Their furniture is usually over priced.

I love coming here. It is a little out of my way but is well worth the drive! Beats Goodwill for sure. The staff members are usually very helpful, especially the girl that works the cash register up front. Every time I come in she is having a conversation with the customer while bagging their stuff. None of that "heres your total, now pay it and go" kind of feeling. The store has decent prices, although I wish the books and vinyl records were a little cheaper. Goodwill has them beat on that one! But as far as selection goes, Value Village takes the cake!

I like shopping at the Value Village store but it can be a little costly when it used to be Thrifty its almost like going to the real department store so sometimes I get a little bit irritated Id like to see a be able to go in and have 40 $50 and be able to come out with a couple very nice items that are not so expensive otherwise I just might as well go to the regular department store sincerely Thrifty

The last Value Village in the Puget Sound area that still realizes it is a thrift store, although their prices are trending upward (great timing given the economy! grrr..). This store is always rather filthy though. And now V.V.s are pulling $0.99 items off the racks before Mondays (I know employees who confirm this) so watch out for that.

Even though it was close to closing time, I wasnt rushed to make a purchase over the loudspeaker nor by the cashier and that helped me. She was really nice and sign me up for the membership point subscription without any hassles whatsoever. Great selection, great staff reasonable prices, and overall friendly service.

Rude employees, overpriced merch considering its donated & should be fairly priced for obvious reasons. Ive pulled their sticker off an item I purchased when I got home & NOJOKE their price was higher than the original purchase price, granted it was a small nick-knack type item but it was still quite annoying.

We love "The Vil" this store is so much cleaner than the Southcenter location. The staff is awesome. I find the best brand named clothing and electronics!! Our best finds so far included a watch that ended up being valued over 1,000 a handheld Dyson for $16 in perfect condition! and a Burberry trench coat.

This is not my favorite store. Take in charitable donations and sell them back to the public at close to full price. Im sure they send the required percentage of the initial donation amount of the item back to the appropriate parties but they are not even a charity but a for profit business.

Good selection of clothing and new with tags items, could use more items and selections in furniture and decor as well as electronics and appliances, staff is helpful, definitely more friendly than the goodwill staff which is supposed to be job training

My favorite 20 yrs ago and then the prices hiked. We donate there at least 20-35 times a year through NW Ctr or the blind and discounts just keep shrinking. I feel so bad for the people who think theyre getting a bargain.

This is a busy VV. There are lots of clothes and smalls, but not too much furniture. Prices are decent here - I bought a set of nice, older plates for $2 a piece on my last visit. The clerks are friendly.

Value Village is a great place to pick up stuff that you dont care if its in perfect shape. They have a good selection of Halloween costumes and you can find some good deals on things like towels.

My favorite thrift store! Almost every dress I own came from Value Village. Ive been so lucky with finding cotton fabrics in my chosen colors- violet, lavender and mauve in small sizes!

Seems like when its .99 Mondays, all the color for that sale gets pulled. Ive gone there and didnt find 1 thing that was the color. I think they pull alot of items off the rack.

Over priced second hand items that I wouldnt even buy at a garage sale because it would be thrown away first.

This store is a major dropoff site for the Value Village chain. Lots of donations flow through here.
