New Pronoia Bliss
This store was disorganized for what I was looking for (MAMBI, HP). Some of the paper craft items were in paper craft and it was all older stuff. Its my understanding that a new build was supposed to happen a week or so ago to allow for the new releases. The new released items that I was looking for happened to be in the front of the store on a fourside. I just happened to pass by this stuff on my way out. There was no rhyme or reason as to how these items were displayed. After speaking with someone to get a specific item, the display was chaotic because the items from MAMBI were coming in bits and pieces and HL wanted to get the product out for their customers. I was going to give the store 2 stars, but they did have the customer in mind so Im bumping up to 3.

I cannot express how angry I am at this store and its employees. My purse was stolen along with my credit cards and ID. I have a temporary license, my passport and a checkbook. I tried to write a check and the employees would not accept my temporary license as ID, even though I had a passport to PROVE that it was valid. All I had was a cashier who told me a scripted answer and a manager who said that I could not prove my address with that information. My temporary ID matched my passport which matched my check. How is that not acceptable?! I will NEVER shop at Hobby Lobby again and I am going to go to every single review site I can find and repeat this information. And yes, bad word of mouth is coming.

Seems to have a good selection for a physical store. They didnt have the item i wanted but that is ok, my motors are wired kVs and weird sizes. Only one warning, one of the staff members told me "the kV of a motor is just the efficiency of the motor" which is not true (decides torque and speed per voltage). So beware of their knowledgeability..

Has a decent selection, but the customer base and staff are about what youd expect from a corporation that doesnt offer basic benefits to most of its employees, and the type of customer that would support that kind of ethic. Also, none of them seem to understand how to navigate a busy parking lot.

I can spend years in this store! It has material for everything that I might want to do! wood carving, party decorations, wall decorations, flowers, knitting, stitching, painting, jewelery making and the list goes on.... they had boards about classes.. this place is a hidden treasure!

This location is always trying to make sure everything is organized. I think this is great because I find this to be a problem with chains like this. I want to find size 10 shoes in the spot they belong. Not see some amazing shoes that are size 8, that always makes me sad :-(

Love to have my art framed there with the careful work of framers Dustee, David, & Tabitha who are all very talented. In other parts of the store the staff are helpful, & the check out cashiers always put a smile on my face with their cheerfulness. Thanks!!

Massive art, craft and decoration store at good prices, however they also sell a lot of Christian bibles, books on Christian faith and Christian home decoration items, with seemingly no awareness of why this is so inappropriate.

This store is "Hobby Heaven" . To much good stuff, plan on all day trip because you will end up browsing all the neat stuff that you have never seen before. I mean if you need it they have it, or something that will work for it.

Grand selection. Tons of variation in all sorts of craft work and decorations. My girlfriend and I found all the yarn we could ever want and plenty of books to teach knitting.

Huge store! Difficult to find what you need. No labels or aisle markers. Had to walk to the front and ask questions 4 times to get what I needed. Ill be shopping at Michaels.
