The customer service representatives were both very knowledgeable! But I generally ask a ton of questions, mostly out of curiosity or wanting to gain the knowledge and understanding of their business. If one did not know, the other had an answer immediately. But he did not answer in a normal fashion, he answered in a way to help train his partner. I was impressed how the two Associates were able to work together and clear a room of customers, all with their own wants, needs, questions, and complaints. I had quite a lot of updating to do to my account. I watched as each customer left satisfied and happy. What I saw was truly unique and I hope Sprint recognizes them sooner than later.

This is by far most horrible customer service I have ever recieved in my life.I was lied to and cheated by a sprint employee by the name of Henry F.I bought a new phone from and he said since I was with sprint for over 12 years he was going to give me gifts for FREE.(I didnt ask for nor did I need these items).He actually went ahead and added the cost of those items to my monthly bill. I have never been lied or deceived like this,especially coming from a big company like sprint.Avoid this place at all cost.If they can rip off a long standing sprint customer like myself,you can imagine what they can do.I will definitely be switching carriers.

N-Side Out
The customer service agents allowed my business number to be ported over to someone else account without my permission. They violated my privacy and contract. Then refused to offer any assistance to resolve the matter. I was billed $834.00 for their mistake. Horrible Location. I have been with Sprint for years. I will NEVER use this location again. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dude told me he cant do the return on my phone replacement i had to go to southcenter. I said ok no problem then came back in. I asked him if he could tell me what it cost to buy out the rest of the lease. He told me he cant do that... I thought this was a sprint store yet you cant look at my billing information??? This pissed me off.

If you belong to the Sprint carrier, I highly recommend you only come here. This is the companys corporate office so they have higher authorization to fix your problems. The one inside the commons mall is a joke and should be shut down immediately.

The sales associate was super helpful he wasnt like other phone stores that blame you for everything you come for and have a problem and they dont fix it or they dont even have answers. Henry was really nice and didnt took that much time.

The staff here is amazing, they resolved an issue I had from a defective nexus 6 and had me out the door with a new unit in less than 15 minutes. Very reassuring and you can tell they care about their customers!

Waited for nearly 2 hours. Lacking customer service. Not interested in keeping there customers. My visit to this store made me want to switch to another phone company completely. Was not a good experience.
