THE Best Customer Service Ive ever experienced from a cell phone store!! I came into the store about 35 minutes before closing with a Samsung GalaxyS3 that longer held a charge...It was dying fast and Im not tech savvy enough to know how to fix it!!! Keturah S. troubleshooted my phone, then helped me select a new one. She was very knowledgeable of the products and services available. She helped me select my new Samsung S7 Edge, installed my screen protector, and case. She also transferred all my contacts, photos, and videos. She got me approved for a Sprint plan that fit my budget and data usage needs. All while waiting for phone approvals from Sprint Corporate she had delightful conversation with me and continued to teach me about my new phone. Keturah even stayed 1 1/2hrs after store closing time to make sure I was all squared away!!! Thats AWESOME!!! When I came into the Sprint store the very next day...with a question about my contract, she had already solved the problem before I came into the store!!! Thats when I met Chris F. He was just as Awesome!!! From my questions I asked about the operation of my new phone he knew I "green" when it came to this new technology. We chuckled about my lack of knowledge, he answered all my questions, showed me how to do a few things with my phone, and told I could come in anytime with my questions and he would always be willing to help me!!! Hands Down and Hats Off to Keturah & Chris for making my fear of an upgrade bearable with a smile!!! Thank You Keep Up the Good Work!!!

My 1st visit to this store was with Alex. He was extremely helpful and informative. I purchased a new phone for my dad because his was stolen that very day. Alex got to working on setting up the new phone, deactivating the old one and also switching my boyfriends line all within the hour. There were a couple of descrepencies with the line changes, but he made sure to get it all figured out. Everything worked out and am pleased with the new changes made to our existing account. We are saving so much more money now. The 2nd visit I had was with Dakota and Chris ( Alex wasnt working.) These two were just as helpful and easy to talk to and always willing to help out with any questions I had. Prior to coming to this store, I was always frustrated with customer service and was actually going to switch to a different company. I am very happy with the service that I have received and heard the same from my sister and father. I am never going to any other Sprint store!

Bad costumer service, it took them more than 1hr just to print my recipt because they didnt know how to use the printer and also cant send it to my email and they wont let me go because I had to sign it. They were 3 employees there and none of them knew what to do. In addition they didnt know how much Ill have to pay if I change my plan. A the end I walked out with a picture of their computer screen as a proof of my recipt . I will never go back to that store again .

Came to see if we could find some deals and leave our current providers. We came prepared to ask allot of questions and check out the type of customer service this store provided. We came in and were greeted right away by Alejandro Duran. He actually was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions right away and explained the whole process. We left with 2 new phones and amazing plans. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know. Thanks Alejandro!

Exceptional service! I left this shop a happy customer a week ago. Great store location and no waiting in lines, even on a Saturday morning. Chris the store manager, and Connie offered fantastic customer service and were able to get my new device set up and me on my way in great time! I even got great accessories at the store for a good price. Thanks guys!

Well the manager Chris and two girls Connie and I think cortola were great really friendly environment. They make sprint better I personally dont the company sprint because passed experiences but there the best store Ive gone two so thank you Chris for my first good experience with sprint and thank the girls they were awesome

My daughter had a upgrade and Tristan was our sales consultant she ended up upgrading to a Iphone7. Tristan had the best customer service and his knowledge and expertise was on point. Everyone in the store are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for their products knowledge and customer service.

Other than sprint support taking forever to answer the phone every thing went great at the store. The sales people especially Keturah were the best and helped me out though the whole process. I recommend that all sprint customers visit the Kent store for friendly and professional service
