I went in and met an employee named Morgan. He was by far the most polite and helpful employee Ive ever met. He helped me switch over to Sprint and by far Im completely happy with my decision to leave T-Mobile. Id defiantly recommend comming into this store and asking for Morgan. If you want it done fast and friendly you know who to go to. 5/5 review wish I could give em more.
