I went in here this morning to go grocery shopping, never in my life have I been in trouble for shoplifting! So yeah my cart was full and a federal way police officer that must of been working with the store comes up to me and asks "Are you going to buy all that stuff?,cuz thats quite a bit " I said yes Im going to buy it what else would I do,she said "steal it"!I was so embarrassed and upset at the same time because I spend a lot of $ there and always shop there I asked her what do u think Im going to walk out of the store with the cart?"She said well you been on your phone a lot and there is a register right there to check out!" 1thing I wasnt finished& then I was so embarrassed and upset I just left the cart they can have fun putting it back,then she had the nerve to say oh your not going to buy it" I was in sweats and had just got up so I guess I looked that bad!Horrible very Embarrassing Experience there today! I will be filing a harassment with federal way also today.Crazy people go by peoples looks or appearance tlday!

I love this store. Always wonderful customer service. I do almost all of my shopping and gas fill ups at Fred Meyer. My only reoccurring problem with this location is carts, or lack there of. Almost every time Im here, at varying times and days, the carts are scattered around the parking lot, barely any in the store. My grandma cant push the large carts so when Im here with her I have to hunt for the smaller ones. There are days I go up and down the isles of cars clear across the parking lot to find where the small carts have accumulated. And when I do see the people in the vests to bring the carts in, they are either chatting away or on their cell phones while there is a lack of carts in the store and a sea of carts waiting in the parking lot.

I love this grocery store because of ClickList. I can order groceries online and pick them up 4 hours later without leaving the car. An attendant will come out to my car after I call them and load the groceries in the trunk for me. Great for parents with kids in the car! There was one time I came home, after picking up my order and I noticed that there was a key ingredient missing that was listed on my receipt. When I called and told them that I could not come back and get it (kids at the table waiting to be fed), one of them drove it to my house 5 minutes later! Love the service!

I LOVE this particular Fred Meyer, because its not only cleaner, but is well organized, and had enough windows to allow natural sunshine to brighten the interior space. One thing they I especially like about this location are the very clean, good smelling lavatory. In fact, I was informed by staff they the store has a dedicated team to keep the mens room clean. No so at the Federal Way Fred Meyer. Id prefer, and Id like to recommend the Fred Meyer across the street from James Center (Mall? )

Shopping today and while on a self check out the receipt paper goes out and so I ask one of the store employees who was next to me who seem to be the one tasked with handling the machines and instead of quietly replacing the receipt paper tells me that where Im at is not her area. I didnt say anything but the customer next to me look at me and said, dont you work here?. Like really, was her remarks necessary? Please train your staff to treat customers the way they should.

This is a larger Fred Meyer with everything youd hope to find in one place. The gas kiosk is in the parking lot. The health food section is a decent size. The deli and meat sections are better stocked than some other nearby FMs. This FM also has a large shoe section, a decent clothing section and a large home section. The staff here is generally friendly and the store is clean. Sometimes I go out of my way to come here because its a nicer FM!

The store is nice and clean and most of the employes are really helpfull and polite! But the cashier in the self-checkout was extremly rude today! She talked to me with really high voice and acted like I am stupid! It was so not very nice. They really need to higher an employee who actually know how to talk to people nice and polite or educate them train them the way it should be! I really felt embaressed and she ruined my entire day!

If Ill have to put 0 star Ill do! Rude stuff, I bought Fred Meyer milk always sometimes its gets bad before expiration date, I took it back to the store and the lady at the costumer service telling me that I need prove of purchase, it all on my FM card, she was having me headache for almost 20 minutes, until the manager came and told here to replace. And the prices are higher than another Fred Meyers in Seattle.

This is my go to store! Always has been and always will be. This location is amazing and all the workers are extremely helpful even if they are helping you from a different department. They will direct you and give top notch customer service. You may not be able to always find it at Fred Meyer but even then they will direct you to a location that will. I love this store especially this location!

This is the default place to shop in Federal Way. There are competitors near by, but why waste your time? You will literally "find it at Fred Meyer". Everyone is pretty friendly, and the cashiers are good for a chat anytime. Some folks have worked there for over 20 years! Next time youre in line, strike up a conversation.

When the service, price and selection at other local supermarkets goes downhill Fred Meyers has been a great alternative. Its got almost everything I need and lots of stuff I dont need. The customer service is always efficient and pleasant. I just wish they would start selling Explorer Passes again.

Its a store its fine. Its hard to find some things. It isnt the nicest looking place, but it gets its job done. I prefer QFC but QFC is more expensive and doesnt have the same selection. For more of a everything store like target it does its job, it does focus on food more than the other options.

Nice set up. They have a free fruit bin for kids while shopping. A small natural foods section compared to most. Small baby section as well. Overall, my needs gets met. My highlight? They carry Tillamook Kosher Cheese! Please request this store location to carry a kosher isle.

I go here at least twice a day wonderful place to shop until other day I go to look at a book and bam that place is so dirty dust all over top shelves and sale signs and not just a little alot it was so disgusting I didnt even get a book

One stop! And now they bring the groceries to your car if you order online. I have kids... and I dont enjoy taking them shopping with me all the time. After a long day.... THANK YOU FRED MEYER!!! And the staff... Top Notch!
