Let me start by saying The Workers there were great. I am however very disappointed in the conditions the workers have to be subjected to and the criminal activity corporate ALLOWS to happen here. There were NO shopping carts for customers to put their items in because addicts in the area stole them to scrap and get money ( How hard is it to put a vertical bar on them so they cant take them out the door?) It pushes away customers who are actually buying things because there is NOTHING to put their items in. AND the bathroom...Seriously? CLOSE the damn thing. Id Rather piss my pants than walk in after a crackhead and breathe in the disgusting left over crap they were smoking in there. I had an instant headache, and still do 20 minutes later....Its a HEALTH HAZARD to workers who have to clean up after the nasty people, AND to other customers who walk in after them. CLOSE the PUBLIC RESTROOM THERE!!!!! IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. (What if an employee or customer or worse a CHILD gets poked by an AIDS infested needle some NASTY low life left in there?) CLOSE IT! AND not to mention the windows were busted out and boarded up... Id say this place is more than anything losing your company money.

great place - my Pinterest craft go to edit - new manager "darren" (refused to give his last name) assaulted a customer! i video recorded the incident. The customer was overcharged and asked for a refund of the overcharged items and darren said it was impossible because all transactions are video recorded. the lady asked to see the recording and he became belligerent; yelling at her to leave and using racial slurs. she still asked to see the recording or to have them call the police. he then said he couldnt access the recording and finally admitting there never was any recordings. she started calling the police and he then threatened the woman and assaulted her in front of everyone and then laughed when she finally left. I asked for his name and he ran into the office and locked the door. I found this behavior to be totally unacceptable and unfortunately not the first time i have witnessed "shopper abuse" at ths store. please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

The store is dirty and messy. The manager Zach was unprofessional, rude and need better management training. Zach yelling at me as soon as I walked in to the store with my daughter. He was walking by me and yelling me at the same time. "NO BACKPACK! YOU CAN LEAVE AT THE CASH REGISER!". I told him its diaper bag and I ve been here shopping before no one said anything about my diaper bag. And I told him I didnt see sign said "No backpack". He respond with rude comment "YOU WANT TO SHOP HERE THEN LEAVE YOU BACKPACK AT THE CASH REGISTER! ". He humiliate me front of other people and then I saw other people walking in with small backpack. If you want to reinforce rules please be consistent with it. Ive been a few different dollar stores for my daughter crafts and my work supplies but this store is the WORST, DIRTY and UNPROFESSIONAL Dollar Tree store I have been into.. " Its not what you say it its how you say it."

I went in the store with a y yogurt and grabbed a collar and leash for my dog then walked over to get a charger cord but before i did i went in my purse to grab my granola to put in my yogurt & which time the manager came around the corner real fast asking me what im doing with the granola at which time i did raise my voice letting her know i came in with what i had at which time i was told i needed to leave the store so i go to pay for my things & once i set my stuff down she picked it up & told me ur kind of money is not good here at which time i got upset & wrong & all called her some names & a racist & was told no im not i have a lot of colored that work for me at that tine i looked & said colored is that what we are now i thought we all was American & walked out the store & havent been back since.

Everyone knows that the manager Zach is unprofessional and rude, but I honestly believe that the company could care less about what customers think as long as they keep spending their money there. After numerous complaints its keeps getting worse and no change has taken place. So, what does that tell you? The employees are unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills they dont even look up to see the person they are ringing up and this is not the location for employees who are not vigilant and aware of their surroundings. I will continue shopping at the on on Marine View Drive in Des Moines or pay full price at Safeway or Walgreens.

Found what I needed and proceeded to wait in line for a cashier...and wait....and you get the idea. Only 2 cashiers open on a busy Saturday, lines 5-6 deep. Mgmt does not address this, its been like this every time Ive been in but it gets old. Anyone whos ever worked in retail knows Saturday is busiest day of the week, so staff accordingly. Cashier was friendly enough but exasperated. You will never, EVER get out of this store quickly so pass if you value your time and expect no help on the floor, no one is there. You get what you pay for, folks. One more thing: Do not go here after dark, it is not safe.

I have been to a couple of Dollar Tree stores and this one is my favorite. As far as Dollar stores go, this one is well stocked and organized. I have found others to be messy and unappealing. My shopping list is only seasonal activities for my littles and teacher things, but I am always able to find something that works. Right off Pacific Ave, this location is not the safest part of town (I was loading my kids in the car when someone stole items and a gun was drawn- but that only happened once). Parking lot is small and dont leave valuables in your car.

Wonderful store and merchandise minus an indifferent store manager name John. I remember posting a review warning people not to purchase a certain brand of ice cream because John (manager) would not be enthusiastic about letting you return it if you believed it was tampered with. Now what is the purpose of Internet reviews if not to forewarn consumers. Please dont make me check back here again. Do not erase. Signed "No hard feelings."

Магазин где весь товар по 1$, есть все что угодно, вплоть до продуктов питания, но я бы не рисковал здесь их покупать, так как неизвестно какого они качества, а все остальное вполне пригодно для покупок ;)

I rated this 4 stars because I was able to get everything I wanted and the staff was friendly. The only reason I have this 4 stars instead of 5 was there was a very racist black man yelling at me and my husband calling us crackers as we were ringing up and no one said anything. We didnt want to instigate anything so we dealt with it and left, but it was very unsettling that it was deemed appropriate by the staff.
