The service here is TRAGIC. I ordered delicious daisy, I clearly ordered the large for $51. After reviewing my receipt it says I purchased the small.The small on the website is $44. I called to clear things up and the team and they told me that there was nothing they could do, its like that because they added chocolate, which was included in the price I bought it for. They also said that they couldnt honor my refund unless the item sold. Either there was a mistake which is understandable or the online prices are incredibly misrepresented. A few dollars doesnt make a difference but the large basket wouldve thats why I paid for it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR BOSS DAY 10/16/15 AT 8 AM THIS MORNING NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. CALLED 5 TIMES - THREE WHICH WERENT ANSWERED AND TWO OF A SIMPLE WERE EXTREMELY BUSY TODAY AND YOU CAN EXPECT IT AT 5 HELLO I GET OFF AT 5 AND MY BOSS LEAVES EARLIER! THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE THIS STORE AT ALL SERIOUSLY. HAD TO CALL AND TELL MY BOSS SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ON MY WAY UP THERE NOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK OH BEST BELIEVE IM GETTING MY MONEY FULLY REFUNDED

This is the 1st negative review i have ever written online, but this store has HORRIBLE customer service. They KNOWINGLY accpeted my order for a "welcome new baby" basket when they are unable to deliver the maternity ward of the hospital I listed. Store manager was given multiple opportunities to make right & didnt even return my calls.... & continued to charge me for an order they never completed. I am in shock that a store can stay in business by treating people this way.

This was my first time ordering with this store and the experience was awful!! The fruit was fine and edible but the customer service was horrible!! I am also an CS for an Edible Arrangements so im familiar with the process. The manager Shay was very rude and was very unfriendly. They have poor communication problems. I just hope people dont go through this bcuz its money well spent.Definitely not coming back to this store.

I very carefully explained what my order was to avoid any mistakes 4 hours later... somehow still got it wrong when I tried to get a refund I told I had to come back tomorrow because there was no supervisor there Dont waste your time or money people

We visited this store today 12/7/12. The customer service there was awful!! the woman that "helped" us was NOT nice at all. I was a paying customer not someone asking for a favor there!! WII NOT return there for sure!
