I had gone to another HEB in the area to have a cake made for a wedding shower. They called me 2 days prior to tell me they didnt have the decorations to complete my cake, and seemed to care less about helping me. They told me I could go find something to put on the cake and that was about all they were willing to do. I even asked them if other stores in the area might have the decorations I was looking for, which they told me no. I decided to take it upon myself to call other HEB stores in the area. Luckily this location was my first phone call. I spoke to a very nice young man who was really trying to help me but wasnt quite sure what I was talking about. He then handed the phone over to the manager, Gilda. She was extremely kind and told me they had the decorations for the cake. She offered to make the cake for me with less than 24 hours notice and even took care of calling the other HEB store to cancel the order with them. I HIGHLY recommend this HEB for all your bakery needs! They know what they are doing and really care about their customers. Thank you again for making the cake, and being so kind!!

I have been visiting this store for years. Their vegetable, fruit, meat, seafood and wine selections are superior. However, I unfortunately dealt with a lackluster front-end employee today. Cheryl, the self-checkout manager, decided that keeping me on the hook waiting for a reprint of a reciept from a faulty machine was a good time to take a personal call. I discovered her intention after several minutes of waiting, only to peek around at her moniter to discover she had repeatedly been filling the blanks in the seach query with asteriks.

I asked where something was at because it was not where it should have been. 2 Store employees came to help. They finally located on the bottom shelf in the back. Not even close to where they should have been. I would not have bothered looking that much! Thank you HEB employees. Granted it was 7:30 am the store was almost empty but tbey went above and beyond still. They also had a certain salad dressing that I have had trouble finding elsewhere. Even @ other HEB locations. .

This is the best H-E-B in the area. Its a lot more convenient and has a lot more options than the market Street location. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and they offer to help you if you need help with getting your groceries out to your vehicle. Parking is always available and not over crowded. Its like a Walmart on steroids but without all the chaos and items thrown everywhere. Basically they have everything! I love that the Produce is always fresh!

HEB is going down hill, they forgot my daughters birthday cake...twice Ive bought rotten cookies from the bakery . They never seal the cookie packages. Ive seen people opening those packages. A serious health risk. Their prices are similar to whole foods but minus the quality...I paid nearly $6 for a dozen eggs. After over 13 years this mom of 4 is done giving them her business. Very sad

Shopping at HEB on 1488 is fine, but DO NOT go through the automatic car wash. The dryer blew the bug deflector off my van (yes, factory installed; yes, Ive been through LOTS of automatic car washes before with no problems) and the manager Jenny could not care less. She spouted off their Enter At Your Own Risk policy; well Im here to tell you, the risk FAR exceeds any benefit.

Great fresh vegetables, Premium meats, You carry P.G. Tips Tea and 8 OClock Coffee Which are "have-tos for me. Did buy a box of Tetley black-green tea as a try-out. Christopher checked me out. Fast, friendly and competent. I forgot the sacker s name, But he showed me where my breads and croissants were-On the top. Love HEB Brands. What can I say... The Usual...

I wish Id taken pictures of this store. With Walmart and Target ruining the grocery space, I never thought Id ever be excited about a supermarket again, I was wrong. Everything from the fresh produce, meat and seafood to the beautifully faced aisles was absolutely immaculate.

Great store. Friendly staff. The guys are usually attractive. Kudos to the hiring manager. The pharmacist women is super cute too. They need a manager over the age of 17 working past 5pm though. Sometimes you need an adult but itll have to wait a day until the morning.

I love HEB and always prefer to drive the extra miles to go there. This location specifically is very clean, very nice, and very friendly. HEB has always been affordable and offers the greatest selections. I will continue to come here for groceries, lunch, snacks, etc.

This is my go-to grocery store every week. The prices and produce are fantastic! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the selection of certain items (especially frozen foods) is somewhat lacking. Other than that, this is a great place to shop.

Worst customer service of any HEB Ive visited. Would NOT honor HEB eCard! Every other location Ive used with no problem. They would not convert to regular gift card to use for their fuel. Left us out of fuel and stranded. Manager Mike could have cared less.

Very nice location! I visit here weekly, because I love how clean and organized the store is. The staff are all very friendly and helpful!! Great supermarket. They have fresh fruit and fresh seafood! Makes me never want to shop at Walmart again haha!

the express pay at the Delhi forces me to walk to the registers and back to the dehli in order to buy anything at the dehli. I dont have a credit or debit card why should I have to walk half kilometer to buy a large drink.

HEB is one of the best grocery stores I have been to across the county. Staff are always friendly, they have a vast selection, excellent bakery, delicious sushi, and the checkout lines are always short.

Best HEB around, HEB far out pacing other department stores. Customer service was helpful, the bulk aisle is huge compared to other stores, and theres fresh made peanut butter, cant complain about that.

Fruit and vegetables posted prices and register pricing sometimes are different. If coupons dont scan, some register clerks toss the coupons instead of making manual entries. Buyer beware!

Large store - great selection! Lots of parking. Full-sized carts have twin seats (with lap straps). No seats in small carts. Plastic bag recycling drop-off at this store.

Do NOT buy cut up fruit or melons. They put fruit in those containers that has already gone bad. Twice now I have had to throw out fruit one day after buying it.
