Absolutely HORRIBLE! I used this company for all of the flowers for my wedding; all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces and I was completely disappointed when my flowers showed up on my wedding day. Where do I begin? Literally everything that could have been wrong, was wrong!! First of all, in all of our meetings Alex was always distracted and trying to do too many things at once, so Im not sure he was ever really listening or paying attention when I was talking to him because his desk is out in the open as soon as you walk into the building, so every person that walked in he stopped me to talk to them, and he would take calls during our meeting and ask me to wait. I feel like I never really had his full attention and Im sure that is part of the reason as to why my experience was so terrible. So on my wedding day they showed up over an hour late to deliver the flowers. When they finally got there with the flowers, everything was completely wrong and not what I asked for or what I had discussed with Alex prior to my wedding. I had a rustic wedding and my theme was sunflowers and my colors were yellow and maroon. I told him that I wanted my bouquet bigger than the bridesmaids and I wanted it with sunflowers mixed with other flowers that were either maroon, yellow, orange, or green. And my bridesmaids bouquets were supposed to be just sunflowers with nothing else. When I received the flowers all bouquets were EXACTLY the same, and they had pink flowers in them (not even one of my colors and this color was NEVER mentioned in our meetings). Also, my centerpieces were mason jars and I told Alex that I wanted to keep them simple and I just wanted babys breath and one or two sunflowers in each one, instead I got centerpieces that looked exactly like all of the bouquets. Dont get me wrong, all of the flowers were absolutely beautiful and it looked good, but I was upset because it was nothing like what we had talked about and what I had asked for. Also, they forgot my throw away bouquet and my flower petals for my flower girl. And when I told them that I was missing these items, they questioned me and told me that I did not order them, when it was clearly printed on my invoice. Now since they were over an hour late to deliver my flowers, and the flower shop was about 45 minutes to an hour away from my venue, it took them about 2 hours to get back to the shop and then back to my venue to get me the missing items, which caused my ceremony to be delayed. I was VERY VERY VERY upset about this. Not only had they messed up all of my flowers, but they delayed my ceremony because we were waiting for the flower petals. Overall a HORRIBLE experience for me, and I definitely paid WAYYYYYY too much for the horrible service and outcome I had. Not worth it at all. I will never recommend them to any of my friends or anyone I know getting married.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE-- NEVER ---GOOGLE made me select on Star to even post this...but if i had a choice i wouldnt pick one damn star for his location. Im kicking myself now for NOT reading these reviews before I went this florist. I put in an order for two simple flowers, I was told my order would b ready that Friday at 2 pm. I described exactly what I was looking for and the owner told me exactly what I was getting (which was what I described- two big 5-6 inches across white mum flower -- the real ones, not the silk ones). I told him several times, I wanted the real flower mum with the water vile. He kept trying to get me to NOT get the viles, but I was insistent. When I arrived Friday at 3 pm (a whole hour later than expected). He was with customers so he sent me to ask the ladies down stairs for my flowers. They had no clue what I was talking about. Basically, they did not have my order. He said there was a glitch. NOOOOOO, there was not a glitch, you forgot to put my order in. I was beyond livid. I left work early to pick up this order to be on my side of town by 5 pm. He had the nerve to tell me to calm down and he was going to work on it. He called a different florist who supposedly had my order. He sent one of the ladies to pick them up. I had to wait an additional 1 hour before I got to see any flower. When I returned to the florist, he tried to hand off 4 tiny mum flowers. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. At this point, m angry, my nieces Directors mum is ruined and I have to deal with unhappy drill team because this guy did not put in my order. The mum we worked on all week, was going to look like crap because he promised me 2 big 5-6 inch mums and tried to give me 4 2 inch across mums. SERIOUSLY?? NEVER USE THIS PLACE>>>NEVER. I asked him to give me a partial discount...he said no, I then told him to give me back my $15. SERIOUSLY...I hope you never use this place.

Simply Beautiful-Simply Sucks! This guy is a liar. Placed order for same day delivery on Mothers Day. Received confirmation and my credit card was charged. Received an email telling me my order was being prepared for delivery. Then SIX hours later, Alex-the owner- calls the recipient and says the order came in after he was closed and would deliver the next day. I told him that this wasnt acceptable and asked why he was just now letting me know, He said that they were closed but he just happened to see my email. I asked if he was closed then why would his website let me place the order, charge my card and send an email that the order was preparing for delivery. He said it must have been a computer glitch.He said he would deliver tomorrow. I said tomorrow isnt Mothers Day. He said he would make it extra special. I said I need flowers today not tomorrow. He continued to argue with me when I asked him to cancel the order-saying he would deliver the next day. I asked again to please just cancel the order and he finally agreed that he would. The next day, I received an email stating the flowers were ordered and delivered on Mothers Day and my order was complete!!. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON ANY DAY!. When I call his number-it rings a few times and then goes silent. I cant even leave a message. He has not responded to my emails and, needless to say, he hasnt credited my account. I regret not checking his reviews before I ordered/ If I had I would have seen his horrible reputation.He just took advantage of desperate people on Mothers Day with no intention of delivering same day or maybe, at all. But to lie and say you delivered the flowers as ordered is just disgusting and shameful. Dont order flowers from Simply Beautiful youll be Simply Sorry!

I went on yelp also to review this place poorly because I feel that strongly about it. I dont even like to write reviews. If there was a lower rating for this company than just one star, I would much rather rate it at that. I was so distracted on my wedding day when I found that the flowers that were delivered for my bouquet and the arrangement colors in the rest of the flowers Alex provided were not what I specified. I sent him a power point with all the specific things I needed. I called and talked to him over the phone about it. I showed up in person with the powerpoint printed to give to him. He did not provide what I asked for. I knew he was not listening but at the time I was too busy to do anything about it. I was stuck with this horrible florist. I think that it is one of those things that if you pay a lot of money for flowers you expect that the florist would take a little extra time to at least, AT LEAST do what you ask or even just match the colors you requested. Do not trust this place. Do not risk it. Unless... you like gambling your money on a lost cause. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
