My brother was surprised with flowers and balloons for his birthday but unfortunately, we were out of town when they were delivered. When we arrived home later that evening we saw the bouquet of balloons and flowers on our doorstep. Though it was a pretty arrangement, I had requested a replacement since some of the flowers began wilting and the tips of some of the roses had begun to turn brown. When I contacted the florist, I was asked to take a photo of the flowers for their review. Shortly after I sent the photos, I received a call back stating that the flowers looked fine. Basically, he did not see it necessary to replace them. The phone message I had received from the delivery driver proved that the flowers had been left on my porch since 11:00 AM. We didnt arrive home until close to 6:30 PM. I had initially offered to bring the flowers in to show them why my brother and I were dissatisfied, but due to my schedule, I was unable to arrive at their hours of operation. Based on the fact that the flowers were outside in warm weather for seven (7) hours should have been enough reason to replace. I am grateful to have had FTD as my advocate. Fortunately FTD handled the replacement; my brother did receive a fresh bouquet from a different florist. Based on my customer service experience alone, I would not use this florist for any of my future purchases. I was disappointed because of my treatment in this situation.

These flowers were ordered on Saturday for a 4pm delivery on Sunday. We were having a celebration of life for my Mother who passed.On Sunday we called several times and were assured they would be delivered by 4pm. Come 4pm there was no delivery after another phone call no apology came, in fact we were told we would be called back and they never did Needless to say there is no next time! If the owner had cared at all an apology would have been here by now. I see 3 good reviews here but that was a yr ago things have gone south. If you call FTD around the Houston area be sure to ask if this is the florist that will be delivering and request another florist. I really regret having to do this for I am in sales and know how important customer service is, and I have never done this before.

Ordered flowers for Friday, May 6, they werent delivered until Saturday, May 7. Roses died the day after delivery. Promised they would deliver new arrangement, never happened. I called and was told "roses die, its not the end of the world. Youre probably one of those people who is unhappy with everything in life.". Heard Matt say the words "white trash", then said if I posted a review online he "knew who I was and who my mother was, and what goes around, comes around" - very rude!! Not the way to run a customer service oriented business! I paid for service and a product, and received neither!

Matt at Floral Concepts saved my day. I needed to get flowers to my daughter for her 25th birthday and only had 2 hours to do it. Several other florists turned me down, but Matt said no problem and had to most beautiful arrangement waiting for her when she arrived home EARLY! More flowers than I expected for my modest budget! I will use them again!

placed and order for a holiday themed "AS SHOWN" arrangement. got something nothing like it. I called the shop and let them know. Ask for a refund, they requested a picture, i sent. agreed to refund, with the note that they are allowed to SUB without notice. Then requested to come pick up the delivered flowers on top of that. WOW

Awesome customer service!! They did everything to make sure that your bouquet is exactly how you want it and were so very kind about it. The employee helping you really made the whole process feel so personal, as if it was a bouquet they were sending themselves. SO much attention to detail and compassion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I really needed a last minute purchase on some orchids and all I did was call and asked for directions and they gave me clear instructions. When I got there they were very professional and helped me with all of my questions and man were they beautiful. Will definitly come back!
