2017 Valentines Day debacle I ordered $210 worth of flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day a mere 15 min from their floral shop. I had even used them last year (turns out it was done at Autumn Leaves in Spring Cypress and Huffmeister) and was very impressed at their arrangement and on time delivery. I explained that the order was for my wife at a school and was assured it would all be taken care of. Fast forward to the day of delivery and as of 11 am, no delivery. Well this is weird. A phone call to the florist redirects me to the central location in Spring (this location) where I encounter a very defensive employee who claims no time limit was promised and therefore the delivery may be as late as 5 pm. Really? 5 pm on the annual busiest day of the year and they cant anticipate the increased delivery needs? The employee refused to transfer my call so I could speak to the location that would be doing the order and insisted that there was no time guarantee. I insisted on a manager several times and finally get one. The manager claimed that there was a mixup and the delivery should have gone out with the other school deliveries, also it wasnt flagged as a school delivery (e.g. It isnt their fault). She would guarantee it would be sent out on the next delivery driver who showed up and it would be included with their deliveries at the other schools in the area. At this point I am stunned by the amount of unprofessional incompetence and screw ups on the busiest day of the year and it was unacceptable. I didnt yell or use foul language but I spoke firmly about how upset I was. No apology was made, No offers to make up for the mistake, no promises to make this right. Just an indifferent explanation that it was a mistake by the one who put in the order and "it will be delivered soon". I cancelled my entire order at that point. Her response "Ok, we will credit your card, goodbye". After all they missed the delivery time and I was in the dog house, what is the point of a flower delivery if my wife leaves work at noon that day. Do not confuse this location with Autumn Leaves (also called Wildflower Florist), Blanca at the location of Spring Cypress & Huffmeister will make sure you have a good experience. Order from her instead.

My family has used Wildflower Florist for decades, especially at Mothers Day for corsages. Typically I call and place my order, including when I lived out of town, and when I or someone else picked it up, the corsage was always exactly as was described and worth the money that I spent. However, this year has been different. I ordered for my mother, and she took care of one for me, to help out my husband. I just picked up both corsages, and both were a huge disappointment! The flowers were tiny compared to the past years. Not at all worth the money paid. I actually went into the store this year to order, and what I got was not what I was shown. My mother also ordered in person. She was shown exactly what she would be purchasing, which was one large orchid, and instead she received two very small orchids. Perhaps the most disappointing part was when she went back in to discuss, she was basically blown off. They told her that those were the flowers they received, and so thats what she got. No offer to try to remedy the situation, or even offer money back. These corsages were absolutely not worth the $40+ dollars we paid for each. The one I ordered is the size of a boutonniere. In fact, I still have my corsages from the past years, and when I put them side-by-side, the difference was astounding. A dried corsage should not be an inch taller than a fresh one. Wildflower just lost our business, and mainly because they were completely uninterested in helping us.

My wife is away this year, spending time with her mom for mothers day. I looked for a local florist and found these guys who advertise "same day delivery" so on Friday, May 6th, I ordered 2 arrangements to be sent to them on mothers day. I guess I assumed that since they have "same day delivery" getting them there 2 days later wouldnt be a problem. The next day, Saturday the 7th, in the afternoon, I get a call from the owner telling me they are overbooked and will not be able to deliver my order. If I want it to be delivered Monday or later, they can still do it. Hello? These are for mothers day! Monday is a little late, dont you think? Of course by now no florist in the area is able to take my order so a lame "Happy Mothers Day" is all I could give my wife or mother-in-law. You would think a business like this would prepare for what are obviously going to be the busier days of the year but I guess you can always just call people that place their orders and tell them "tough luck." I guess the lesson here is that if you order flowers from Wildflower Florist in Spring, TX for any kind of a recognized occasion (valentines day, mothers day, christmas, easter, etc.) you run the risk of being "bumped" if they have as many orders as they want to fill. Keep treating customers like this and soon you wont have to worry about being overbooked.

I live out of state and came in for a funeral. I arrived late Wednesday and was asked to order a casket piece as well as a good share of rose petals. I went out to a florist Wednesday that insited they could help me but ended up they could not. Thursday, I rushed into this flower shop and heard all the right answers. What a relief! I had specific flowers I wanted, but was willing to do whatever. I needed this by Saturday morning and ordered 7 boxes of rose petals and all I heard from the owner was "Yes, of course. Absolutely. I can do that. Its not a problem." The casket piece ended up being made with the specific speciality flowers I had hoped for (orchids mostly) bumping the cost but I didnt care. (I was a floral designer for 4 years and managed a shop so I knew what the cost would be) This casket piece was AMAZING. It was grand in size, beautiful in color and display, fresh and afterwards, the funeral directors almost insisted we take it due to its beauty and size. Our loved one was cremated so it was going to sit outside the crematorium and they didnt want to see it like that which I appreciated but we left them. I couldnt have asked for better service and a more talented designer for my mother in laws flowers. I now know where I will call when I deliver flowers to my family back in Texas.

I am beyond disappointed with this place. I ordered a garter for my homecoming date this past week, meaning they had a week in advance to do this, I picked it up right after school because my date and I are doing the mum/garter exchange tonight, I was in a rush so I didnt take the time to look, which I realize I should have now, but after I got home from running errands I realized it does not have the lights I paid an extra 15 for. I called them and she said there is no one there to fix it but she would tell the lady first thing in the morning. It is ridiculous that they make you pay extra and dont even put it on. I am NEVER coming back here and recommend you dont either. They are very unorganized not to mention they are not so nice. They make u feel like you are being rushed in choosing what you want to get. I guess its so they can leave early or just simply because you are interrupting whatever they do in the back. I am and will make sure I get my refund. Im very pissed off and disappointed.
