I had received news a classmate died and there was a screen shot of the funeral home info. Flowers by Stephanie were near by and she had good reviews. I live in Beaumont and handling everything over the phone. I wanted flowers with our school colors. She quickly told me she would have it done, no problem. She called me the following day, the arrangement was ready, but the funeral home said my friends service was not there. I called the funeral home direct and discovered he died 9 months ago! I did not pay close attention to the date on the obituary. The nice lady at the florist, I talked to agreed to deliver the arrangement across town to his widow. I gave his widow a call to prepare her the flowers were coming. I believe God orchestrated the whole thing and his widow needed to talk about her husband and receive a beautiful gift... that day. 9 months later

0 stars from me. The flowers didnt arrive until the end of the work day for my wife who is a school teacher. Whats the point? For that kind of service I could have just picked some up from the store, not this store, and taken them home. Maybe next mothers day Ill just throw $75 in the fire and watch it burn. It would be equally gratifying.

Very poor service. My wifes roses where suppose to be delivered Monday Feb. 13 so she could have them in her office all week. Tues. evening no roses. Very unhappy and will never use them again. I will be contacting the better buisness bureau.

This is the best Florist I ever deal with, good quality of flowers and their way to take care of customers are the best; my friend told me about Flowers by Stephanie about 10 years ago, and since then I keep buying from this flower shop
