Id prefer 0 stars!! Dont want to write a long review about this business or Lois, because frankly, neither are worth my time, but instead, wanted to try and save some of her potential customers from a real dissatisfaction. I called on Feb 8, 2017 to order flowers to be sent to my mom on Feb 16, 2017 in memory of my sister that passed away last year. I didnt order the flowers online or through anyone else, I actually spoke with Lois and told her exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. She took all the details for delivery, but failed to ask me about a card of any sort to send with the flowers, so I called back.....for the next 7 days only to get a voicemail. Never once did she return my call. Feb 16th comes and goes and no call from my mom to say "thanks son for the beautiful arrangement", so I called her to get the scoop and come to find out, the flowers werent even delivered. I called for the next 3 days, finally getting her on the phone on Feb 21st. She apologized to me after telling me how busy she was the week before, I guess for Valentines Day and again stating she had been in business for 44 years. I have to wonder, how exactly has she been in business this long?? My flowers were going out AFTER Valentines Day, so thats a pretty shady excuse. To finish up the conversation after I told her I would be disputing the charge on my credit card, she asked if she could send my mom some flowers that day, "a real pretty arrangement, no charge," of which of course I answered, sure.....NO SHOW! Flowers still didnt show up! I guess this lady has been in so business so long that she no longer cares that she was referred to me from a loyal customer thats been going to her for years. You may get great service, but Id be cautious if you are sending to someone you care about on a special day. Save yourself the disappointment and just go somewhere else, this business and the owner suck!

Going off of the one review I decided to contact Flowers by Lois. I understand it is 4:30 and they may be closing in 30 minutes but that is no reason to have the "out of breath rush" response. In speaking with the woman answering the line I asked her about one item on their website which she said was unavailable. Fine, Im easy. In second request she said they did not have the pink vase but clear. Again, fine. I inquired about the ribbon in the picture which she replied was also not available. Ok, well any other fun color would work. More out of breath annoyed responses left me starting to feel a little annoyed myself. Then I started asking about the flowers to see if they were available. (I order a lot for my office and am picky when sending flowers on behalf of my company). Last straw was her shooting off prices for the arrangments and delivery charge. Little does she know, since I am ordering on behalf of my company I usually go all out. To cut it short, I abruptly ended the call by hanging up. My .2 cents.

THESE LADIES ARE EXCELLENT!! They defiantly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I placed an order this morning online and received a call shortly thanking me for my order and that i would be notified when the arrangement was ready and out for delivery (GREAT customer service) I received a call shortly there-after letting me know that what i had originally purchased online was not available and that the warehouse was currently out of stock at the moment. Thinking i was going to have to make a spur of the moment decision on a equal priced arrangement, she offered to put together a $100 arrangement in place of the $57 arrangement id purchased! I couldnt be more pleased! Thank you very much! You ladies have just earned my business for life.

Excellent. Dont use the big internet sites for flowers like I use to- give local a call. Looked for local houston same day flower delivery. Customer service was perfect, helped put together an appropriate arrangement and card, they arrived to local (private gated) business within hours without trouble, and the product was outstanding. Best looking flowers I have had delivered in years.

Ordered flowers on Friday at 2:30PM to be delivered on Saturday. I received a confirmation email, but the flowers were not delivered. I had provided a valid phone number for myself as well as the recipient. No contact was attempted. So disappointed!! UPDATE: After another call, they made things right. Please call and clarify before you order online.

Great customer service but was wanting flowers for a mans funeral and ask not to send pink flowers. When I got there I was very disappointed with flower arrangement. Pink flowers for a mans funeral was not great at all. So maybe not so great customer service she did not listen.

I ordered the Zen Artistry arrangement for Mothers Day for my mom to be delivered on 5/3/16. They were delivered before 5:00 p.m. and the arrangement was beautiful. My mom loved it! Thank you "Flowers By Lois"!!! Mel Taylor
